I come by the creek and sit down, bored and with nothing to do.

I was walking by the creek when I saw Alex sitting there. I walk up to her and say Hey Alex, how are you doing?

My face lights up when I see Jessie. "Can't complain." I reply. "How about you?" I invite her to come sit next to me.

I sit down and say Not bad, though not good either. Haven't heard from Artemis lately. I really want to go on a hunt with her. This place is not meant for us hunters. We should be out there in the world with Artemis. I then decide that I'm bored of my five year old form and concentrate on a sixteen year old form. My body changes and I grow to the size of a sixteen year old girl.

I sigh, imagining going on a real hunt with Artemis. "Ever since I chose this life, I have been thinking about it too." I look out at the creek. "HAve you ever been before?"

No but I hope I can soon. I think she wants me to experience the camp life first but I feel I'm ready to go out into the world. I tell her.

I sigh again. "You will soon enough, Jess. I know it." I smile, but wonder what I will do while she is on the hunt until I join her.

I smile. "I do, don't I. Well I guess that while I'm being a cheerful and helpful person..." I reach into my bag and I pull out two glass-bottled Cokes and some chips. "...I ironically have too much food from my 'trade' with the Hermes cabin..." I hand you a Coke and some chips.

Aww that's so nice of you. Thank you Alex. I say taking the soda and chips. I then open the bottle and take a sip of the Coke.

Well I'm thinking about reinforcing my bow so that it will have an enchantment on it that makes each arrow I send hit it's target. I tell her.

I nod, interested. "That's amazing. But I doubt you'd even need it. You are already 99.99% accurate." I smile, knowing that it is most likely and scientifically true. "But how would you go about that?"

I'm not sure I'm hoping Artemis will help me so I'll have to make a sacrifice to her. What do you think I should give her? I ask.

We could of course just ask her. I mean since we are her hunters we already pledged our lives to her service so she might be willing to help me out if it will help my skills at being a hunter. Don't you think? I ask.

I reach into my bag and pull out a drachma. "yes I do." I hand the coin to Jessie.

I make a splash into the creek and make the water splashes up making a rainbow. I throw the drachma in and say Oh great goddess please let me see Artemis Suddenly a picture of Artemis appears and I say Lady Artemis would you please come over here I have something I would like to ask of you. It's nothing big but it would help a lot in me serving you. She says Of course, my hunter. I'll be right there. Suddenly the vision disappears and I wait for Artemis to appear.
