I wait at the entrance of camp, anxiously gazing into a pocket size mirror, I was so nervous, what if I looked terrible or what if my outfit got messed up , I'd spent an hour picking my outfit, the rejected pile of clothes was still in a messy pile on my bed, I finger my bracelet nervously

I actually put on shoes for once. And combed my hair down, but other than that I didn't have much to change. I didn't notice her at first but when I did it was just. "Whoa." That's all I could say.

I stifle Laugh " So ya ready to go" I ask . I was a little nervous about leaving camp, I had a small dagger with me, it was barely visible perfect for deceiving mortals.

I felt uneasy, maybe it was just a one way feeling, maybe I like him but he dosen't like me, I try not to go into panic mode " sorry I shouldn't have said that " I say quietly
