I was sitting on the pair on the lake and looked over the lake in the mid day sun it was warm and comfortable and a soft sweet breeze ruffled the croppy brown hair on my head. I wasn't drunk but we not just let them asume I was. Because my father was Mr. D i was automaticly a drunk kid. I liked to drink, but not to get drunk not like I ever got that drunk anyways. Taking a deep breath of the new spring smell of flowers and grass. It'd be more peaceful if I could get Mayza to stop dancing on my mind. Because Mayza wanted be able to stay there she'd dance there.

Carly waded through the water. She loved being in water. It had a relaxing sensation to her like nothing else she had ever experienced. She closed her deep blue eyes, giving a content sigh. She opened her eyes, glancing about curiously. She spotted a boy on the nearby pier and she smiled. Carly skipped through the water, making her way towards the pier. She grabbed onto the side, holding herself up with her rather impressive upper body strength. "Hi there," she said with a happy-go-lucky smile.

I looked at the girl for a moment my brown eyes stuided her for a moment before I decided to reaspod. "Hello.." I said wearly.

Carly pulled herself onto the pier, revealing her perfectly dry skin. "I'm Carly," she said, offering a friendly hand. She brushed a bit of hair from her face and gave a happy smile.

I gave her a half hearted smile and shook her oddly dry hand. "Sam". I wasn't worried about people talking about me, I didn't like them sterotyping my siblings and I rarely was pointed out because of my large stature, but I was recongized as one.

Carly studied Sam's expression and frowned. "You're that new Dionysus kid, right?" she asked, tilting her head curiously. She smiled. "I've always loved Dionysus cabin...it's so pretty with all the grapes and vines and leaves.." she said.

I rised an Eye brow, "Leaves....?" I asked with a disbealiving and amused tone. "Oh. urm Yea" I said furrowing my eye brows.

Carly laughed lightly, nodding her head. "Yeah..Grapes have vines, vines have leaves.." she said, shrugging her shoulders. Carly leaned back on her hands, staring at the water. "So...what's it like? Having siblings?" she asked curiously.

I thought for a moment, I didn't even really no my siblings very well yet. "Like having people related to you who you have to get along with because you see them everyday." I said the only way I thought of them for now.

Carly sighed, kicking the water. "I think it'd be great to have siblings...someone that you can always turn to. Someone that knows what you're going through because they go through it too.." she said with a sigh. It sounded nice, having siblings. But she was alone. The only known Daughter of Thaumas..

I shrugged, "I went 15 years thinking I was an only child, so I'm not that relieing on my siblings." I said with a sad little shrug. Growing up an only child on your single mothers vinard. Says spoiled. But me and my mom were good. I never fel tthe need for a brother or sister.
