Lost in thought (Privite)

Subject: Lost in thought (Privite) Tue Dec 28, 2010 11:27 pm

I looked up at the night sky, I could look down, I would see blood. I could be in the quite, I'd hear screaming. I could think I'd Remember. I fouced on the sound of the ocean, the feel of the sand. The light of the stars. I found myself lost in thought of the shaped. When I heard soft footsteps in the sand I turned and looked.

Bellinda sighed as she sat in the sand. Everyone seemed to be shaken by the battle, but it didn't bother her much. She'd been through enough to keep herself dettached from the world and she knew that it would only get worse. The thought that she'd live through this wasn't something that she could tell herself. Most likely, she'd die. But it didn't bother her. She'd almost died many times, what difference will another make?
Bellinda sighed, rubbing her head. She had a concussion and a broken rib, but nothing too bad. She ran her fingers through her hair, examining her dyed bangs. She'd have to re-dye them soon. They were fading, as was her platinum blonde color. 'Soon it'll be brown again...' she thought.

Likos smiled slightly, "Hey Bell" He said standing up and walking towards her and sitting beside her, "How you doing?" He asked, his dark brown eye stood out on his pale skin. He felt better mostly because he wasn't alone and there was a distraction. It didn't take much of anything for an ADHD child to be distracted but a friend was the best.

Bellinda snapped out of her thoughts and tuned her gaze over to Likos. "Hey. I'm fine. Just a...a little loopy I guess," she said, slurring her words a bit. She shrugged her shoulders, wincing as her broken rib sent an ache through her body. "Got a concussion today, I'm not drunk," she explained, rubbing her temples a bit.

I smiled slightly, "Your alittle loopy? I'm sorry I find amusement in the statement" I said then sighed. Digging my hands into the cold sand. I thought about our friendship, it was odd when you thought about it. I shook of that fact and looked up at the half moon rising above me. "Would you laugh if I howled at it?" I asked her clamly looking at her with a grin.

Bellinda chuckled shaking her head. "Probably. And laughing hurts my rib, so don't," she said. She sighed, leaning back on her hands a bit. "What about you? How'd you get messed up in the battle?" she asked curiously. It was obvious she wasn't bothered by any of this, the pain or deaths that occurred today. It wasn't something she enjoyed, but it didn't bother her like it seemed to shake others.

I sighed and shrugged, "Not to bad, just a bad cut on my back, but it'll be a pretty hot scar when it heals" I said with a smile. Then looked at her, depite the darkness I noticed her hair looked different I realized it was slightly dark. "Oh what's this... Your loseing you color?" I asked in a teasing voice, whihc held a slight accent (slight britsh, italain) My 'Ch' sounded like a K. My long fingers gingerly held a lock of blond white hair, becomeing slightly darker.

Bellinda let out a groan. "I know! Soon it's going to be brown again. But I never have time to dye it. I'll also have to stop straightening it every morning, it takes too long. There's no time now a days," she said, shaking her head. "Soon I'm gonna look like I did when I was little. Curly brown hair and freckles," she said, pointing to her cheeks. "I'll have no time to put on makeup every morning so say hello to freckle face.." she said sadly.

I Smiled, "Hello 'freckle face'" he said amused then shook his head. "Sorry, but hey, nothing's wrong with that. I'm sure you'll be adorable" letting my hand drop. It brushed her arm and drew in the sand.

Bellinda arched an eyebrow. "I've never been adorable," she pointed out. Her gaze drifted off to the distant water. Bell pursed her lips, drawing lines in the sand as she turned her gaze down to the ground. "I got asked to become a huntress today..." she said with a small sigh. She had always considered becoming a huntress, but she always found an excuse to stay. Usually, it was because she was seeing someone. But now? She had no excuse now...

I knew a pretty good bit about huntresses and that because I've met them before as a wolf. I looked at Bell and smiled then thought, "That's wonderful... I guess" I said my eyes wavered for the tiniest secound, I could lose my best friend. That would suck, big time, but I smiled.

Thought you had to be a maiden/virgen?

Bellinda arched an eyebrow. "I never said I was going to do it. They've asked me before and I turned them down," she said, shrugging her shoulders. She adjusted her sitting position a bit and turned to Likos. "What would you do if you were a girl?" she asked.
ooc: I always thought it was giving it up from that moment on? Oh well xD This is just because I couldn't think of anything else for her to say.

I looked at her like she lost her top... "Sorry Bell, but I can't really anwser that, because I have no idea how to be a girl." He said frowning. He looked at the sky, the night sky looked endless, as he looked to see the top a falling star blazed across the sky. He looked back at her, dead into her eyes, "Best thing I can say, is Do whatever you want, not like anyone is going get in your way, just make this desistion when you 100% mentaly stable (i've been wanting to say somthing with that phase M-S in it)".

Bellinda sighed, running her fingers through her hair. "I don't know..." her voice trailed off. 'If I leave, then what about my cabin?' she thought. Bellinda shook her head. "It doesn't matter at the moment, I'd never consider it until after the war is done anyway...so it's nothing to worry about now," she said with a sigh. Bellinda applied a bit of pressure to her broken rib, wincing out of the pain. It wasn't too bad, but pain was never enjoyable.

Will sauntered to the beach in dire need of a nap. Seriously, he was legitly tired. Being half Hermes all he wanted to do was loot and sleep. Being half Zeus he wanted to be ambitious and whatnot. Sometimes his Hermes traits got the better of him. He flopped down in the sand and curled up in his sweatshirt.

I frowned, "That's not gonna be comfy to sleep on" I pointed out. My brown eyes scanned over her side, "Of course you can always sleep on your side" I smiled and fouced on the sore dullness on my back. It was fine but you could fell the ache.

Bellinda opened her mouth to respond, however, her attention was quickly drawn away at tge sound of a dull thud. She squinted her eyes through the dark, stretching her neck a bit to get a better view. Bell arched a thin eyebrow. "Will?" she called, sitting up a bit. As she did so, her torso stretched, causing her broken rib to throb with pain. "Ow," she said, sucking in a breath and cursing quietly to herself. 'I really need to find a healer or something...this rib isn't getting any better,' she thought.

I looked and easily saw the gaint lug. Son of Nyx had the super night vison thing, or was that a side affect of being a dog. Or both. I shook my head some before I thought to much. I looked at Bell worried. "You need that fixed soon" He said, his serious eyes fixed on her rib cage.

Will looked up for a moment letting his eyes fix on the short looking elf off yonder. Yonder. Heh. Funny word. Will chuckled in spite of himself. He got up with a groan that made his sore muscles scream with fatigue. "Shut up..." He mumbled quietly to his triceps.

Bellinda looked over at Likos, shaking her head. "I'm fine. They'll heel eventually.." she said. Without waiting or a response, Bell rose to her feet. Her purple gaze flickered over to Will and she gave a lazy wave. "Hey," she said, slowly walking towards him. She looked over at Likos, gesturing for him to follow. She then turned back to Will. Her purple eyes gleamed in the light of the moon. "Haven't seen you in a while. How've you been?" she asked curiously.

"SleepY. Gassy. Baby stuff." Will shrugged. Will leaned over and whispered into her ear, "I'm big again." He leaned back with gleaming eyes and a chortle.

Bellinda arched an eyebrow. "And the maturity level? I'm assuming still the same..." she said with an amused grin. Bell stuffed her hands into her pockets and pursed her lips. 'I have odd taste in friends..' she thought. Bell ran her fingers through her darkening hair and sighed.
