I sighed and turned to Dari again. "Whatever," I said in my cold and flat voice. I just wanted to dance with my girl, was that so difficult to understand?!

"You know what, forget it." I said.I cried and ran away. I ran past Alcander and went to the bathroom. I kept crying.

I arched an eyebrow, I hated nearly everyone except Valora, Demi and Max.

I looked at Dean, finnaly saying something, "Maybe you souldn't be so.... Emotainless I said frowning.

I sighed, "Like I can help it! I'm a child of Ares, since my birth he kept drilling in my head to not have emotions! Look, I love Demi and now she hates me, god, I hate myself!" I said furiously.

I ran to Dean, crying a little. "No! I don't hate you. I really don't." I said crying.

I caught her in my arms and pressed her to my chest kissing her head, "Don't cry," I whispered tilting her head up to wipe away the tears without smearing her make-up.

I smiled, and skipped off, bored again looking around the room for someone to talk to.

I enter the ball room wearing a dress that out lined my shape. It fit nicely around my hips and flared out a little below my waist covering my muscular calfs. It was dark blue and had a silver embroidery on the edges. Most would think I looked pretty, and most would assume I felt like a princess. I felt like a slut. I had just wanted to come to watch everyone else dance, and wonder what it would have been like if I wasnt a hunter. But now, that didnt seem like a good idea.

I had just showered and my hair was still damp. I was wearing a pair of black jeans, and a blue plaid, button up shirt. I smirk as I see some guys in tux', I despised suits. I look around the room, and spot my sister, with out a date! I walk up to her, "Hey, Alexis." I say standing next to her and watching the coudples on the dance floor. "My lovely sister, may I have this dance?" I say mocking gentlemanlyness, and taking her hand. Who cared if she was my sister, I could still dance with her right? I thought.

I was wearing a pair of nice jeans, and a white shirt with a vest over. This was amazing. I was partialy dressy. I was in shock with my self that I had even come, that I had even wanted to come, but then it all come rushing back to me. Lexis. She was the reason I had come. The reason I had tried to look good. She was so beautiful, how could I not come if there was a slight chance of her being here. I scan the room, and my eyes keep telling my brain that she isnt here, but my brain keeps wanting them to be lying. I sit down on a chair, feeling defeated, and wondering if I should just go back to my cabin before I embarass my self.

I walked in quietly. I smiled and nearly drooled when I saw Shawn, we had a history together and he looked so handsome, I wanted to dance with him and since Alex hadn't asked me too the dance and I never spoke to him and I'd dumped Sam I guess I was allowed. "Hey Shawn," I said in my sexiest voice.

I seen Emery in the room kinda sad looking, must of thought I wan't here, I smiled and walked over my dress brushed my legs, and my hair was stright and pinned. I smiled walking over to him.

I glanced over at Dean giving a small nod. He was my half brother...after all. I then placed a hand on Dari's shoulder to comfort her a bit. But my hand fell back to my side when I saw Kat. I smiled widely, seeing her laugh at my expense for dressing like...some pretty boy. "Hey Kat," I said. I wanted to say she looked beautiful, because she did. But I didn't think it was the best choice of words since...Kat wasn't my date.

I walked in, seeing lots of boys, and sat down. My dress must've been the weirdest.

I turned towards Dari with a frown. "What is gods' name are you talking about? I came here with you, remember?" I pointed out. Why was everyone here so odd?
