~ Avery Hastings ~
Son of Athena
16 Years Old; Born On July 15, 1996
He is Claimed
He's been at Camp Half Blood for a year now, and is a Year-Round Camper this year.

His mortal family includes; His Father, Troy Hastings, who works as a Theoretical Physicist at a Science Research Facility near his home town, Orlando Florida. His Step-Mother, Helena Hastings, who is a 'stay at home mother,' as she says. And finally his younger half-sister, Evanna Hastings who is 9 years old.

History:
Living alone with his father for the first 10 years of his life, Avery was pushed hard and encouraged to stick to his studies. Despite his ADHD and Dislexia, Avery liked learning, and quickly learned extra studying habits and became a straight-A student. He spent all of his time reading, studying, and learning as much as he could.
However, when he turned 11, his father met Helena Hastings and fell in love with her, and her 4 year old Daughter, Evanna. Helena as it turned out, was a severe shopaholic, and quickly spent most of her husband's earnings. Despite to the decreasing bank account however, she refused to get a job, forcing Troy to work longer hours at the institute.
Avery didn't take fond to this, and through himself into his studies even further in an attempt to get his Father's satisfaction and attention. He lost touch with what little friends he had as his social skills dwindled. Helena was rarely home, and when she was, she acted as if he was nothing more than swine.
Her Daughter Evanna turned out to be much better, as she often helped Avery stay calm when Final Exams came around, as well as giving him the affection he needed.

Appearances:
Generally pudgy, Avery stands at 5"8' with the body build of a lineman. Shaggy hair strands from his head in a darker blonde colour over his slightly tan skin. (Living in Orlando does have its advantages) He has soft features and as most would describe a 'baby face.' Dark Brown eyes shine through thick-rimmed glasses only occasionally, but he usually wears contacts as they are more practical.
He is usually found wearing Jeans and a button-up shirt (usually striped vertically) or a business suit when seeking potential employers/colleges. Avery wields a small switch-blade as a weapon, which at his will can turn into a 12 foot spear.

Personality:
Avery has been described as shy and even sometimes timid. In contrast to getting nervous and embarrassed easily, he is also very intelligent and ambitious. He spends most of his time reading in solitaire, or hanging out with his half-brothers and sisters. Although generally upbeat and happy, Avery can sometimes go into deep depressions, and has problems when it comes to self-confidence and socializing.

His Fatal Flaw is that he has Commitment Issues (Due to lack of self-confidence). This can be a problem while fighting monsters, as he may doubt his plan which could put his (or other's) life in danger.

Avery is astounding at making strategies and programming computers. He can also tell you at least a little bit on most school subjects.

~ Justin Cage ~
Son of Chione, The Goddess of Snow
17 Years Old; Born On December 3, 1995
He is Claimed.
He's been at Camp Half Blood since he was 13, and is a Year-Round Camper.

At one time, Justin had a older brother and father. Both of them, unfortunately, have passed. Micheal Cage (His father) died in a car crash when he was 10. Leaving him in his older brother, Will Cage's, custody. That is until Will died, in an attempt to transport Justin to Camp.

History:
Justin grew up in Chicago with his Father and Brother until he turned 13, and discovered his mother's true identity. He spent most of his childhood before (and After) Camp Half-Blood with his friends. Not to say he didn't care about his grades, but he usually got solid B's and the occasional C.
But Justin was always in the social life, wanting to make friends and contacts in the hope to one day become President or a successful business man. Then, when his father died in a car-wreck when he turned 10, he swirled into a deep depression. It was at this time that he stopped hanging out with his friends as much, and his grades plummeted.
When he turned 13 however, a cyclops attacked his school, in search of him and another Demi-God. His brother, luckily, showed up to save him. During a long and grueling 5 days of hitch-hiking their way to Camp Half-Blood from Chicago, Will died from wounds he got from the Cyclops, his last words etched into Justin's mind forever; "Can't be too serious about life, or you might forget to live."
Justin does not know the identity or fate of the other DemiGod from his school.

Appearances:
Justin stands at 6"1' with dark ebony skin. His usual attire is a mixture of sweater-vests over rolled-up-sleved button up shirts with slacks, or just a plain t-shirt and jeans. His hair is kept short and flat, with cold dark-blue eyes peaking just above his nose. His body-type is that of a quarter back, tall and Muscular.
His weapon is a Greek Sword given to him from his brother on their way to camp. The sword was given to his brother from Chione to help him protect his brother. Since then, he has had Will's last words engraved just above the hilt with a light blue glow around the silver celestial gold itself.

Personality:
Justin is an out-going and fun-loving guy. He wants to help everyone out as much as he can with their social problems in a hope to conceal his own. He likes making jokes and just partying! He's kind-hearted and wants everyone else to be having a good time before himself.
However, with listening to other people all the time, he himself is reluctant to let anyone know more than the basics about him. Very few people know of his past, and those who do he puts his full trust into, which is hard to gain.

His Fatal Flaw is Revenge and Distrusting. It's hard for him to trust anyone with much, which can cause problems when he needs to work as a team player. He also seeks revenge for the death of his brother, and will stop at nothing to get it. This secret rage inside him can sometimes interfere with his emotions and personal life.

Justin is astounding at making connections and relationships with people. A complete charmer and charismatic man, Justin still hopes to become the next President or Business man. He is also good at football and swimming, and has little to no negative effects in cold weather.

~ Alexis Times ~
Daughter of Aphrodite
15 Years Old; Born On May 3, 1996
She is Claimed
She's been at Camp Half Blood for a few months, and is a Year-Round Camper, at least for now.

Her mortal family includes; George Times, her father who works as a artist and gets paid on commission. Her older half-brother Eric Times whom is 21 and attending college at a University a few miles outside of Manhattan.

History:
Alexis grew up in the state of Maine, and graduated from Middle school with average grades, due to her suffering from dyslexia and ADHD. However, despite having dyslexia and not being good at it, Alexis has always loved reading, and to a further extent writing. Alexis also has had major interests in drawing and painting.
She grew up humble, despite her gorgeous exterior. In Middle School, she had 14 'boyfriends' (In quotations because middle school boy/girlfriends are pretty much irrelevant in the grand scheme of life.) and was also elected Homecoming Queen in her Freshman Year.
But because everyone liked her for anything more than her looks, no one truly knows who she is, or what she wants out of life. She's learned to shut everybody off from her true thoughts, and focus heavily on her looks.
Her father was always out partying, and when he was home he was painting. Her older brother raised her more than her father, and became very protective of her from her (many) boyfriends, very few of which she truly liked. When she heard from a 'friend,' however, of Camp Half-Blood, she was more than happy to move there and start anew.

Appearances:
At 5"8' and a slender build, Alexis has Light brown, and slightly red hair that falls down her shoulders. Light brown eyes that seem to sparkle peak through her lightly tanned (but mostly pale) skin. She usually wears an assortment of clothing, but for the most occasion it is dark colored skinny jeans and a lightly colored cotton short-sleeved t-shirt with brown boots peaking out from under her jeans. A silver jacket is worn while outside. A knife hilt sticks out of her right boot, ready to slay any animal.

Personality:
Although at school she had no fears, growing up in a small-town has had its toll on her, and she is actually quite shy around strangers. She's usually nice, though in times of attempting to lead, can sometimes get too loud and angry at people. She tries, however, to be selfless but sometimes ends up doing committing a selfish act.
She's quite a party-animal at parties though. She knows how to dance better than a lot of people her age. She's also gotten quite good at writing, painting, drawing, and just about everything artistic, which was influenced by her father, despite her hatred of him.

Her Fatal Flaw is her 'short-fuse.' Having to had put up with so many people she didn't like while she was young, she's developed quite a temper. This anger can sometimes lead to bad decisions, which may eventually lead to her downfall... *Forshadowing?*
