ROLLING IN THE DEEP fozan 5ever
She paced back and forth, awaiting the knock that would soon be at her door. Where is he? she wondered as her feet gave in. Sitting down, the ginger-haired girl relaxed into the chair. It entrapped her in its comfort, and it took her mind off of her visitor. Again, she wondered where he was. To her, it had been hours since she invited him over. In reality, though, only ten minutes ago were they chatting on Tinychat. Right as the teenager was about to give up on him, a faint knock came from the outside of her house. She race out of chair and darted to the door. "Josh!" she exclaimed as she opened the door. The two were face to face, and the girl immediately wrapped her arms around the boy. "Emily," he greeted, his arms engulfing the petite girl. "I thought you wouldn't come," Emily replied, reluctantly letting go of her friend. He grinned, shaking his head. "And why would you think that?" Emily smirked, and laced her hand with his. She lead him into her living room, nodding for him to shut the door. As Josh did such, Emily began to let go of his warm hand. She turned around to face him, who was now standing opposite of her. "I-I've missed you," she threw out, folding her arms around her chest. "You've been away for a while, and I just really wanted to see you in person. Now there's nobody else to talk to or listen to me play my tuba." The tall boy walked over to Emily, once more hugging her. She rested her chin against his shoulder, latching her arms around his waist. "Well, I'm here now," he replied. Emily pulled her head back, now face-to-face with Josh. On impulse, she leaned in, kissing him. Her head was spinning. What happened to their beautiful friendship they had? To Emily, it was never a "friendship", no. It was something deeper than that. And when the blond boy returned the kiss, she knew that she was right. Her heart was racing, and she desperately needed to say something. Emily pulled back, still in lust for his lips. "Josh, I-I love you," she said. "I love you, too, Emily," he replied. The tips of Emily's lips formed into a huge smile as their lips met once more.
