Wandering back into Camp life

Mark wandered up Half Blood Hill, unsure of what happened to him. One day he was having a great time with a bunch of friends from camp then today he woke up and say it was the 26th of February. Wasn't it just December?... Mark shook his head in confusion as he stepped over the boundaries into camp. Sighing he smiled seeing the familiar sights and he just plopped down on the hill, alittle away from the pine and just looked out at the camp and contemplated over what happened to him.

Running up the hill, Iekka was being chased by some nice Hecate kids. Playfully of course, but they had some serious live fire in their palms. She shrieked as she ran up and down the Hill, trying to tire them. But she ended up being the one who became tired. She rolled down the hill and started back up. Oh the fun free time had.

Mark smiled seeing this, but still chasing with live fire... He really did miss alot. Shrugging it off he glanced at the girl and called over "Need any help there?" Cracking his neck he looked at her then at the sky and he yawned lightly

Iekka shrieked backed down the hill and up again. Panting and looking up at the boy at the peak, she yelled, "Nope! I'm good! Got it under control!" A laugh escaped her lips as she rolled once again. This time with a flick of her hand, vines playfully tugged at the Hecate kids' feet, pulling them down slightly. Taking her chance, Iekka drew away from the tangled children and hiked up the hill. "Helloo," she chimed, panting.

He smiled and nodded lightly to her "Hello, um I haven't been around for...well quite awhile I'm Marcus Farkas, but most people call me Mark.I can guess your a child of Demeter, i'm a son of hermes." With a grin he held up her wallet. "See?"

Leo walked up the familiar hill. He spotted some Hecate kids. He'd seen them all before. Then he spotted some kids a couple years older than him. Should he walk over there? Introduce himself? Leo contemplated the idea for a moment before he just walked over. "Hi, I'm Leo, son of Circe."

Iekka grinned and snatched back her wallet. "Thanks. Now what did you take?" She flipped around, counting the money and looking through credit cards. She gave him a suspicious look, but not too serious. "Marcus Farkas...*giggle*" His name was funny. Rhyming too. "How long have you been gone, Mark?" she asked, slipping her wallet into one of her back pockets."

Mark shrugged and looked around and looked at Leo "Hello". He turned his attention back to Iekka "I don't remember....the last thing I do remember is that it was december and now its what march?" Smiling lightly he handed Iekka one of her credit cards "Drat you got me....just wanted to go buy some stuff haha"

"Well, I don't think a credit card would do you much good at camp. We use drachmas, I believe." she slipped the credit card into a pocket and faced the boy, Leo. "Hi; Circe kid, huh? You like those Hecate kids down there?" Iekka pointed to the kids she was playing with earlier, who were still tangled.

Leo shrugged and looked around. The Hecate kids were still down the hill a little ways. He turned back to the girl and guy. "So, who are you guys? I haven't seen you around camp."

Kid was so monotone. How boring. "Demeter. How long have you been here? I bet I've been here longer." Iekka teased with a grin. This kid needed to smile. For laugh. At least once today that she saw.

I don't know if you either still check this, but I'm soo soosososo sorry I haven't been on....my computer has been going haywire forever and then I had to deal with a lot of school stuff like graduating high school yesterday but I can finally come back on. So if you both read this I hope you wouldn't mind continuing on...

Mark grinned and shrugged "Well Iekka, I'm a Hermes kid and I've been here about seven years... I think I have lost count after awhile how about you?" Mark stood up and cracked his neck and stretched back and his back gave a loud crack and Mark smiled feeling relieved to finally crack his back in such a long time

Iekka smiled. "Well then, I believe I've been here longer. Year-rounder for thirteen years. Been here since I was five years old." Her smile started to fade off horrible memories. "But don't ask me to recall anything from the day I came here, please." She strode a little farther from him, trying not to get to clingy. "Its going to be fourteen soon," she said blankly.

Mark shook his head in slight disbelief "Almost fourteen years? Wow, and don't worry I usually don't make my priority to ask about people's pasts cause I don't wanna talk about mine either " Mark sighed lightly remembering too many memories at once then for a second his eyes looked absolutely depressed but then his old grin shined through and his eyes turned back into a cheery notion. Silently Mark really hoped no-one noticed that..

"Yeah, I'd very much enjoy the fact of not knowing someone else's past troubles." Iekka faced Mark again, looking at his eyes till he tried looking cheery again. Depression. Depression was a coexisting thing in the world we lived in. Right next to death.

Mark looked at Iekka "So, has anything really changed since I blacked out? The stables look alittle different and it seems were getting more and more campers thats good." Mark looked around the familiar area and smiled lightly remembering the good times he had and slight hopefulness of future happy memories to drown out his depressed mindset

"Honestly I don't pay attention to the changes. I just tend to the flora. Nothing much I really do. Of course, you can ask Chiron or Mr. D, but I bet you the latter is probably sleeping." Iekka smiled again. Mr. D really was pretty lazy.
