Vicks was running around he track, trying to beat he skateboard speed, then she would beat her running speed on her skateboard... it was running day for her training. She sighed, not beating it yet. She would by the end of the day. But she needed a break. She sat down on her skateboard against her bag. She rubbed the sweat off of her forehead, panting.

Korina was boarding through camp. She'd almost crashed into a few campers, but changed her direction just in time to prevent her from crashing into anyone else. She did a few flips and boarded along the merble steps of the Zeus cabin, leaving many discontented. She decided to stop when she almost crashed into a tree. Kicking it back up so that she could hold the board in her hand, she strolled along camp.

She was near the arena when she encountered another girl, who seemed a bit older, sitting against a tree, clearly tired. She spotted a board beside her. Korina knew that she'd been skating. Walking over, wanting to make conversation with this girl, she offered an unopened plastic bottle of water to this girl.

She looked at her, "Do I know you?" she asked, raising an eyebrow, but taking the water. She nodded in thanks. She saw a board in the girl's hand. She eyed it. Not as epic as hers, but still cool. She doubted hers turned into her weapon when she needed it. She gave the girl a smirk. She didn't smile, it just wasn't... her.

Korina tapped the side of the right wheel lightly and it shrunk into a small keychain of the exact same board and stuck it into her pocket. "Nope, not at all." She said. She noticed the girl eyeing her board earlier. Her's wasn't the best one in the world, but she saved up for it. Her mother wouldn't pay for something as 'immature'. To Korina though, it was her world... almost.

She looked at the weather, everything was bright and sunny after the winter carnival. She was surprised that the Hermes kids hadn't pulled one prank during the whole carnival. No fireworks, no explosions, no t-ping. Nothing at all. She suspected that their next prank would be big, but she shook that thought off, it wasn't the time to be thinking about such things.

She looked at her for a moment more. "I'm Vicks." she said, she gave a nod instead of a handshake, like she always did. She gave the girl back her water bottle, "Thanks." she said, she wasn't smiling. If you knew she was happy... she wouldn't have killed you, or she would've ignored you, but she couldn't ignore a fellow skater. She put her board into her bag and wrote down how long she had been running track, "Hey, what time is it?" she asked the girl.
