You smacked your head, that's why. (SNIGGY)

Charlie's face burned redder than the fresh stain of blood on her pants was--but let it be known that this fresh blood was, in fact, not hers.

At the same time, the blood drained from Landon's face. All he had seen was a splint fly one way and blood explode from Ben's finger onto Charlie the next. He had no idea what was going on, but could feel a sudden tension in the room. Everyone was turned towards the trio, their expressions vacant.

Charlie's ears were hot pink, and he hands were balled into fists, knuckles white. She bit her lower lip until it bled, her body all but shaking in rage. Without much thought or care, she ripped off her pants and threw them at Ben. While they were flying through the air towards him, her idea of a distraction, she tanked forward at him left arm pulled back. When she was close enough she snapped her arm forward, knuckles flashing towards Ben's jaw.

Ben didn't have time to register the shorts flying through the air. They smacked him in face. "WhammMMFFFAUGHMTHRFUUR!" He crumpled to the ground from the impact of her fist. "Owwwwwwwwwww... I'm sorry and I mean it this time..." I'm not horribly good with girls, am I?

"Not good enough!" She swung with her right, then with her left, again and again. I'm not stopping until I get clean pants; I'll take yours if I have to!" although with as brutal and scary Charlie was at the moment, his might be covered in piss, in which case they were both screwed. She kneeled over him, throwing quick, heavy, relentless punches in all her fury.

Landon watched wide eyed from the bed, the horror on his face apparent from his mouth hanging open. What was this girl, an Ares kid? She was one of the most terrifying things he had ever seen.

Ben quickly wormed out of his pants. He thrust them towards Charlie. "TAKE THEM! TAKE THEM!" Some how managing to roll out of range of Charlie's punches, Ben flattened himself against the wall and thanked the gods he had worn boxers that day. "Gahhhhhh. You're scarier than Torin said you were!"

Charlie stopped with her onslaught of punches the moment his pants were in the air. She snatched them and smothed them out across the floor before picking them up and flicking her wrists to give them a slight wave. Needles of pain shot through one of her arms and she made a note not to wave them again. A bright, mischievous grin was plastered on her face, an dher eyes sparkled in delight. One leg was put through the pats, and then another. With her head down, she surveyed the look. They were far too big for her, and she had to hold them up. "Not bad, kid. Maybe, if I'm feeling nice, I won't tell the Doc none of this."

Landon had resorted to curling up under the blanket in a fetal position. When the scuffle sounded like it stopped, and the girl's voice seemed to be calmer, he considered poking his head out and seeing what had happened or if Ben was dead. Arms shakily dragged the blanket down, just enough to see Ben pressed against a wall. He took in a wavering breath. "A-are you alright?"

Ben nodded. "Yeah, I'm Ok. Please don't tell Torin! I'll... I'lll... I'll go pantsless the rest of the day!" He put on a pout face and tried to look cute. Pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaassssssssse...

Torin moved silently across the corridor? "Tell me what?" His eyes were fixed on a tray of milk and cookies in front of him. He had quietly entered the backdoor with a surprise snack for Ben. When he looked up and saw Ben pantsless, he was shocked upright, the tray dropping to the ground with a clatter as the milk spilled across the floor and the cookies broke into pieces.

Charlie, who was toward the front now, put her hands on her stomach and threw her head into the air with a cackle. "Snagged these from your man, Doc. Keep him on a leash, will you?" She snickered, winking mischievously at Ben before turning on her heel and sprinting out the door.

Landon played with the thin blanket in his hands, eyes trained on Torin as he tried to decide what the boy was feeling. He probably had the wrong idea. It wasn't really Landon's place to talk now, though.

Ben flushed bright red and started freaking out. "She out me to Landon and so i was kinna mean and then she threw a sling at my head and so i sprayed her pants with blood to make it look like she was on her period and the she threw her pants at me hit me until I gave her mine and and and...!" Ben was freaking out. He looked at Torin desperately.

Torin raised an eyebrow. He bit the insides of his mouth, forcing a small smile to his lips. Yeah, okay. Torin highly doubted that was the case. It just seemed..improbable. He'd ask around later to see if Ben often spent time with Charlie. He was suspicious of some strange affair. He'd had one with Ben and cheated on Lexi, so who says Ben wouldn't do it again to him? Torin glanced at the ground as the milk spread across the floor. "Erm.. I should...Probably... Get a rag for this or something." He gave a curt nod Landon and made eye contact with Ben for just a second, before tearing away and hurrying back out of the room.

Landon frowned, watching Torin's back shrink as the boy retreated, before turning to Ben. He analysed the boy's posture and expression. The situation was...awkward. Landon didn't really know how to be of help to either of them, so he just slunk back into his bed, pulling the covers up tightly, eyes still glued to Ben.

Ben's eyes started to well up with tears. "He... he doesn't believe me..." He glanced helplessly at Landon. "You were here! You can confirm my story!" He put a hand on the edge of the bed. "Please help me. If he doesn't believe me, he'll leave me and I'll... I'll be alone again..." He was crying for real now. "I'm sorry, Landon. I'm dragging you into all of my emotional crap... You don't owe me anything..." Ben looked completely pitiful, slumped on the floor, face in his hands. Tears streamed between his fingers.

Landon watched as the muscular boy fell to the floor and covered his face in his hands. He bit his lip awkwardly and sat up in the bed, reaching forward with hesitation before patting Ben's head. "I-I...uhm... I can try to talk to him...?" Ben's sobbing stirred his headache up again. I'll go see him later a-and I'll tell him that you're n-not..lying." He forced a small smile and glanced around for an exit. The situation was weird and he suddenly wished he hadn't tried socializing with the crying mess of a boy on the floor. The thought of leaving Ben made him feel guilty but... Well, Landon was awful with advice and speaking in general. He was bound to make things worse. And, well, what if Ben went on some long rant? Landon would probably freeze up and give the wrong reaction or something. And then Ben would be mad, and then Landon wouldn't know what to do.

Ben sniffled and forced himself to stop crying. "I-I'm sorry, Landon. Thank you. It's fine, really. He's just paranoid, and we're both really overtasked this week. The stress has been building up for a while now. I-I'm sure it'll be fine." He forced a smile. "Oh hey! Do you need some water or something?"
