Isabella rolled get eyes. "Of course it does. I am picking you," Usabella whispered, closing her eyes. Isabella felt bad for breaking Demirti's heart. How many times did he tell her he loved her? Isabella choked back down a sob as she remembered when she broke up with Demitri. She felt like a horrible person, making an excuse for breaking up with him. Isabella buried her head in Chris's chest and cried for what she did to Demitri. Isabella felt like she deserved to be pinched in the face or something. "I'm a bad person," Isabella said, her voice husky.

Chris comforted her. Way to bring down the mood. Note to self, never talk about a girlfriends Ex, he though whilst smoothing her hair.
"Sh, no you're not. You did what you had to do. You cannot blame yourself for that. It would be easier to tell him then lie to him. And nicer too."
He ran his finger tips up and down her spine like she had done to him earlier.

Isabella nodded and tried to stop crying. After a few shaky breaths, Isabella finally stopped crying. Isabella looked up at Chris, her gray eyes red an puffy. "I-I lied to him. I didn't tell him about you. If I did, he-he would've hated me. I just told him I was a danger magent and not safe to be around. Then, a stupi hellhound attacked-" Isabella stopped short, remevering what happened. Isabella looked down at her chest and realized those long claw marks were still there, visible as scars. Isabella whimpered and looked back up at Chris. "I-I'm sorry," Isabella told him, not really knowing what she was sorry fir.

Chris wiped the tears off her cheeks and his chest and was nodding along understandingly until she mentioned the hellhound. Chris followed her gaze down to her chest were long and brutal scars laid. He swore colourfully.
"Dammit, why didn't you tell me?" He asked, pulling her up against his body again and resting his cheek on her hair.
"You can do anything and I'll always be there for you. Hell, you can even dump me and I'll still always be there for you." He soothed. Unconditional love, it was called.

Isabella shrugged when Chris swore. "I-I don't know. I didn't want you to worry," Isabella said, looking down at her scars. Isabella sighed. Another scar to add. "I-I have more scars. The rest of them were from a battle when an army attacked camp," Isabella said, pulling away from Chris. Isabella knew that once Chris saw her scars, he wouldn't wanna date her. Isabella frowned as she realized that she wassuch a pessimist. Without thinking, Isabella covered her scars on her stomach from the battle.

Chris was hurt when Isabella pulled away to wrap or arms around her torso. He raised his eyebows. He grabbed both of her wrists and tugged then out of the way so he coiluld see her scars.
"Wow. Danger magnet." He shrugged, pulling her back against him. "Dont fret. Theu are just scars. They dont have any effect on the beauty inside you. And I think you are stunningly beautiful with or eithout a few scars."

I am so deep. I would totally date me if I could :)

Isabella just nodded and wrapped her arms around Chris. She was a danger magent. Isabella smiled lightly. "Thanks," Idabella whispered to Chris. The water laped around them and suddenly the sun went away. Isabella shivered from the sudden coldness. The waves seemed to get stronger, but died down, then got stronger again. The wave pattern was weird. It would get rough, then die down. "Weird..." Isabella muttered under her breath

Chris had had enough if playing the good, caring guy. He felt like being cocky.
"Whats weird? That I can look this hot? Yeah, I know. I cant beleive it either." He grinned at her. He reached up to his hair, spiking it up, the water maybe it stay up like gel. It looked funny, he bet.
"What ya want for Christmas?" He asked her, wondering what to get her.

Isabella tolled he eyes at what Chris said. "I think your sister's perfume are starting to fry your brain," Isabella teased. She couldn't deny Chris wasn't hot, he was. "I meant the water," Isabella muttered. She smiled at Chris's question. "Just get me a book," Isabella said. She looked back at the water. "Is it possible to have a riptide in the water?" Isabella asked Chris.

"Ugh, dont even start with perfume. Thats the first thing you smell every single morning and night." He groaned. "But I didnt have any brain cells to begin with so..." He grunted, looking at the water. It was water. So what?
He scrunched up his nose.
"Yuck...reading. I never touch books. Might need to buy you something else." He kissed her on the tip of her nose. "Weird question. I wouldnt know, sorry. If you wanted a brainbox for a boyfriend then you should dump me."

Isabella rolled her eyes. "Relax pretty boy, I'm bit getting rid of you any sooner," Isabella told him smiling a bit. Isabella kissed him softly on the lips and pulled away, hugging Chris. Isabella was starting to get wary about the water now. The wind was starting to pick up and the waves were getting higher. "Chris.."Isabella said in a warning tone. Isabella could feel the waves getting higher and trying to separate Chris from her. Isabella held onto Chris tightly, but the waves only grew stronger as the wind picked up. Isabella lost her grip on Chris and was pulled away by the waves. Holy crap. Thunder boomed in the sky and it started to rain softly. Isabella wasnt even sure if Chris would be able to swim through this. "Chris!" Isabella yelled as it started to rain surfer and thunder. Isabella head went under the waves she was thrown into the 'impact' zone of the waves. Isabella's eyes closed as she couldn't hold her breath any longer.

Chris was a confident swimmer and had been surfing since he was old enough to hold a board. He should have listened to Isabella about the waves. He was forced brutally back onto the sand. He jumped up, hearing Bella cry and go under water. He climbed up onto a rock and dived in live a missile. The waves were really testing his strength yet he managed to reach her and only just. He pulled her out, carrying her onto the shore and on dry land, where it was safe. He carefully placed her on the wet sand before collapsing next to her, sick and dizzy.
"Are you alright?" He asked, breathing deeply as he leaned over her.

Isabella felt someone grab her and suddenly she could breath again. Isabella coughed up water as she felt the sand beneath her as it stuck to her wet body. Isabella gasped and breathed heavily. Coughing up the last of the water, Isabella felt sick from swallowing the lake water. Isabella just covered her mouth and nodded. No way in he'll was she gonna throw up when Chris was near. She was just gonna suck it up. "Are you okay?" Isabella asked Chris, turning a deathly shade of pale. Isabella palms started to become slick and her heart started to race. 'oh gods,' Isabella thought as she felt her breakfast starting to cone up. Isabella scrambled up from the sand and went to the nearest bush, up chucking whatever was in her stomach. Isabella moaned when she was finished, crawlin back to Chris. She knew Chris probably felt the same, sick. The sky rumbled as Isabella fell back onto the sand.

Chris scrunched up his nose in disgust when she hurled but erased it from his face when she came back. He rubbed her back. He felt a little sick but as tue eaves had thrown him onto the beach, it wasnt as bad as Isabella and he wasn't going to puke.
"Feeling better now?" He asked her, concern on his face. He took a chewing gum out of his jeans pocket and sat by her again, handing it to her. There was nothing worse then not having fresh breath.

Isabella grabbed the piece of gum and put it in her mouth. Isabella curled up into a ball by Chris, shivering lightly. "Sorry. I probably ruined the date," Isabella told Chris, smiling. Isabella's gray eyes looked at the lake's surface which still had huge waves. Isabella scrunched her eyebrows and looked at the sky. Thunder rumbled and lightning struck somewhere. Stupid storm.

Chris hugged Isabella close tohim, trying to warm them both up and because it felt nice.
"Nah, the storm ruined it. Not you." He assured her, gently rubbing her arm.
"And anyway. I have been on alot worse dates. This doesnt even make the list." He added, recalling some of his more...horrific experiences.

Isabella smiled lighty at Chris and hugged him closer to her. "Psh, I've been in predictaments that sucked. I went on a quest once that made me never want to go on one ever again," Isabella told Chris, shuddering a bit at the memory. "I tool a trip to my friends to the mall...want that fun after all," Isabella told Chris smiling.

Chris smiled back at her before looking back at the waves which were in the process of calming. He regretted not bringing his surf board along as he would have been able to get some serious wave action if he had.
He ran a hand through his wet hair, shivering.
"You know, I thought that you would warm me up..." He told Isabella. "...but honestly, Im still freezing. Are you cold blooded or something?"

Isabella laughed and smiled at Chris. "No, I'm not cold blooded. All humans are warm blooded along with mammals. Reptiles are..." Isabella trailed off, not really wanting to give Chris a science lesson. Isabella smiled and wrapped her arms around Chris's neck and hugged him. How could Chris be cold? He was just shirtless compared to Isabella's bathing suit which was like wearing a bra and undies. "Are you that cold?" Isabella asked Chris, laying her head on his chest. Isabella's long dark hair trailed down her back. She would have to get a haircut soon.

Chris raised an eyebrow, acting like he didnt understand a word she was saying. Honestly, he did. He didnt like to shoe that he was quite smart. He prefered people to think of him as vain then smart. Not a smart as a Athena kid though...obviously.
"I'm fine. Better now." He told her when she pulled closer to him. A question popped into his mind and he asked it, not really thinking.
"Are you musical?"

Isabella rolled her eyes at Chris when he raised his eyebrows. "What am I gonna do with you?" Isabella teased smiling. Now, it was time for Isabella to raise her eyesbrows. "Am I musical? You mean do I sing or like High School Musical type of musical..." Isabella said, trailing off, not really understanding what Chris had said. Isabella did song and play guitar, but no one knew that. Isabella blushed slightly at the thought.

"High school musical?" Chris burst out in loud laughter. "You mean with that..."
He stopped, deciding not to end his sentance as there was a girl present. "Uh...I mean with that idiot Zac Efron?" He thought he'd covered it up pretty well.
"No, I mean like; Gutair, piano. Singing? The real kind." He winked at her. "Not Disney's version of music. Ugh, there is nothing worse."
He curled a peice of her hair around her finger, watching her as he waited for the answer.

Isabella laughed lightly at Chris's reaction with High School Musical. "Don't worry, I'm not a fan at all. But, the Athena cabin uses movies to test out the pixels projected within the movie to....Never mind. But, yeah. I sing and play the guitar pretty well. You should hear my friend Nevaeh though, she's really good," Isabella told Chris, nodding her head a bit. "Do you have a guitar?" Isabella asked suddenly, getting excited.

Chris put a clueless face on again, pretending not to understand. He was glad she wasn't a fan. That would be a...fail.
"You play? That's cool." He smiled.
He studied Isabella's expression, grinning as he saw her get very excited and very fast. She was cute when she was excited. Well, cuter than she normally was.
"Yeah, I play electric abnd acoustic gutair. I sing a little too." He shrugged. It was no big deal. Nothing that would get him any where in life. He wondered how Justin Bieber was so lucky for getting spotten. Lucky guy.

Isabella smiled. "Do, do you wanna sing together?" Isabella asked Chris. Due to her ADHD, Isabella was having trouble paying attention to anything else other than music now. "I mean, you don't have to sing. Can I sing to you?" Isabella asked Chris, starting to get excited again. Isabella really loved singing. Isabella stood up fast. "We could go the Apollo cabin. I'll use my friend's guitar," Idabella told Chris, her gray eyes gleaming with delight.
