Okay, I have a serious question for the Mods and Admins. But here is some background information before I ask the question.

Me and an old friend of mine where talking in the Chatbox. He knows me as Nico and has been calling me Nico for about 3 years, and so have Poseidon and Meepoman, as I have known them for almost 3 years. Now, Ulquiorra - the friend I was talking to - says something to me but they thought that he was talking about the other Nico that is here. So they bash him for that, and like everyone else in the word, they just aren't going to sit their and take a bashing and thus an argument starts. And an old member jumps in the argument and starts bashing him and Me. Me being the person that I am isn't going to take any ... from someone who is about 6 years younger than me, and the fact that I have little siblings that wouldn't dare say the same thing that they said also argued mad. At the end of the argument "warnings" were only given to Poseidon, Ulquorra, and myself. Even though their had to be an opposing side right?

The argument dies down, but to make sure confusion doesn't happen again, I tell Nico that "Ulquiorra isn't going to talk to you or about you, so if he says Nico just think its me unless he says otherwise". Then all of a sudden, Nico takes it as a rude comment, which it wasn't intended to be at all. Then even though nobody is talking to her, Rachie puts her mouth into our the conversation saying rude remarks to me. But at the end of the argument, nothing was done, leaving Ulquiorra and myself once again with a "warning"

So here is my problem, why are the old members not giving warnings or "punishment" while the newer ones are given all the blame. Shouldn't it be the other way around, as the older ones shoulder know better than to do certain things? Both Nico and Rachie didn't receive a verbal warning or anything, thus your "Chatbox" is showing that it doesn't care about its newer members and old about the ones who are older and have seniority. As a newer member, and one of the elder people here, I prone to swiftly cursing you out and leaving you wanting to cry if you make my anger, which I have stopped myself multiple times from doing.

So why aren't they getting warnings or banned, or punishment as the Moderators themselves and the Cabin leaders are the ones starting most - if not all - of the arguments in the first place?

Not only that, but the moderators and admins, not naming names, are intensely biased towards newer members. With even the slightest comment or remark, and they lash out, creating disorder. This leads to an argument, which then gets blamed on a newer member...

I only came across two people in the entire chat, no, site, that actually valued what I had to say -- Angel and Bacon. Not only did Angel respect the only request I made, but he asked others to follow it as well. Bacon PMed me after I was temporarily banned, and actually explained it to me, and we had a brief, but civil conversation.

I take full responsibility for all that has happened tonight. I believe both sides have valid points and I understand that everyone is a little frustrated and agitated by the events that have taken place. I apologize for not acting appropriately and trying to deal with the situation at hand in a more timely and fair manner.

I can see that you and your friends were not treated in the best way here and that your experience on this site so far has not been a pleasant one. I apologize for that. As an admin, it is my responsibility to ensure that your experience as well as everyone else's experiences on the site is the best it can be. It is my job to be sure that everyone is happy with the decisions that are made, I understand this now.

The staff members are good people, I am sorry that this was probably not displayed in our actions tonight. I ask that you understand we are only human and that we do make mistakes, I request that you realize this and forgive us for any faults that you may find with us. We do try to act in the best interest of the majority of the people, it is extremely difficult to try and please everyone. I am sorry that we came across as biased and again, I should have acted in a different way.

Although rules were broken today and the punishment system had to make an entrance, I do believe in second chances and that everyone deserves them. I believe that all parties involved in the events of this night are neither right nor wrong, I hope that we can end this conflict once and for all. I ask anybody and everybody reading this to try and be civil and unbiased when interacting with each other. This is just one nasty argument, after all, I hope that this doesn't influence what will happen from now on. I request that everyone try to be courteous to each other, please, and move past this.

Again, I'm very sorry. Thank you.

I'm sorry. I feel as though I've been acting childish lately. I don't even deserve to be a mod. I just hate the way I acted. I'm crying now. I'm so sorry.

Meh, it doesnt matter as I am taking a break from the chat box and site as a whole. Hopefully both parties can grow up and act more maturely and in the end we can all get along.

It would be so much easier to apologize if I didn't get banned.
