Karis waited on the border of Camp Half Blood for Dante. He had said they were goin on a vacation, and evidently today was when they were going. Scanning over Camp, Karis searched for Dante, but soon gave up. She knew by now that he'd appear out of nowhere, and spot her. So she just stood there at Half-Blood Hill waiting for him.

I rode in on my motorcycle. I revved the engine for Karis and smiled. We were going on vacation. My friend lent me his beach house, and I just couldn't pass the oppertunity to take Karis. After all, she was the mother of my child. And my future wife, oh yes, I bought a wedding ring and was going to prepose to her this evening. At dinner in fact.

Karis smiled as she turned to Dante. That's a sight not many people can see, except for Dante and a few people. "Hey," Karis said, getting on the back of the familiar motorcycle. "So where are we off to?" she asked curiously.

"Beach," I smiled before riding away. We eventually made it to the beach. I pulled the keys out of ignition. I had my duffle bag slung over my shoulder and started walking toward the front door. I opened the door to see a really nice house. Oh yeah. This will be fun.

Staring at the house that was right next to the bech, Karis smiled. This was beautiful. She walked next to Dante, and kissed him on the cheek. "This is a really nice place," she said. With that she walked inside to explore the house.

I walked around and found the bedroom. I shrugged and started to unpack my things. When I was finished with that I threw my duffle bag in the closet. I smiled slightly. I wandered where Karis was. I bet we could put this bed to good use. Ehehe.

Karis was walking around and when she finally got to the bedroom, she found Dante unpacking so she did the same. Once she finished her backpack was empty and she stuffed it in one of the empty spare drawers. Smiling at Dante, Karis said, "This place is awesome."

I just couldn't wait. As she turned around I was on my knee, and holding out a box with a ring. The ring had a big arse diamond. I blushed slightly before continuing on with the old tradition.
"Karis Malone, I love you more than anything in the world. I couldn't see my life without you..." I smiled widely.
"Will you marry me?" I asked.

Karis stood there, completely speechless.The Daughter of Hades hadn't really expected it. Sure she's had daydreams about this happening, but for it to actually happen. . . It just made her the happiest person in the world. She stared at the ring then back at Dante. Slowly but surely, she nodded her head and whispered, "Yes." Her surprised look broke into a large grin as she hugged Dante tightly. "Yes!"

I smiled and hugged her tightly before fitting the ring onto her finger. I kissed Karis, wrapping my arms around her waist. Karis, my fiancee. I love her so much. I can't wait to start my new life with her. I didn't want to stop kissing her.

Karis kissed back, wrapping her arms around Dante's neck. She was engaged. Boy was she glad it was with Dante. She loved him so much. She didn't want this moment to end.
