Training... all to easy {OPEN}

I spit the water out of my face. Now my side was cut. Yay. I lunged and jabbed at her side. This was going to be a long fight.

ALISSA~MARIE~FOLEY
Alissa took the cut, only because she had cut him so many more times. She sliced at Seth's arm and dug her sword into it. That would hurt... for a while. "This will take a while huh?" Alissa said with a small smile.

I winced as Alissa dug her sword into my arm. "Jezz, could you stop killing me?" I asked her. I had an idea. I hooked my foot under her ankle, pulled and hoped that would make her fall to the ground.

Alissa shrugged. "Sorry, its a reflex." she explained. Before Seth could make her fall Alissa backflipped away. "You won't trip me that easily." she said with a smirk.

I groaned. I lunged at her again and as fast as a corba slashe at her hand holding the sword so she could drop it.

Alissa winced and kicked Seth in the stomach. She shook the blood off her hand, but more came. Alissa shrugged off the pain, she was used to it. Not that she liked it, but enough to deal with it. Alissa rinsed out her wound with water and shook it off again.

I fell to the ground as she kicked me in my stomach. i threw my dagger to the other side of the area. "I lose, you win. Just don't kill me," I groan. Why does she have to kick hard?

Alissa smiled at her victory, but frowned at the fact that she hurt Seth really bad. "I didn't kill you. Like I said training, it's a reflex. I've done it forever. Sorry." she said walking over to Seth. Alissa washed off his wounds with a flick of her wrist.

I groaned. "It's okay. This is my first year and you have been here for like forever," I told her. "Did I even hurt you?" I asked her.

Alissa shook her head. "Nope, not really. only my hand, but it's fine. " she said shrugging. "it'll heal in a few days anyway, I won't rush it." Alissa said with a smile. "You're the one that got beat up. Can you heal yourself?" she asked.

I raised an eyebrow at her. "I have never tried that before. Will it work?" I asked her.

Alissa nodded briefly. "I've seen Apollo kids do it before. I don't see why that means you can't try." she said sitting down. Alissa spun water droplets around in her hand and waited.

I thought for a moment. "It could work." I put my hand over one of my cuts and willed it to be healed. The cut went away. "Cool," I muttered. I did the same thing with the rest of my cuts. "I am not changelling you again. Your too good," I told her.

Alissa smiled, she loved being praised for how good she was. "Thanks... I get that a lot." she said with a small smile. [b] "So where are you from?"[/b ]Alissa asked twirling her swords in her hands.

"I'm from NYC!!!" I yelled and pumped my fist in the air. "Where are you from?" I asked her.

Alissa laughed, the her face darkened when she heard the mention of where she came from. "I-I don't know. My mother dropped me off here when I was about two." she said sadly. Alissa wished to see her mother. "I don't even know her name." she whispered.

I frowned. "Sorry. I didn't mean to bring that up," I told her softly.

Alissa looked back up and smiled. "It's fine. At least I have my brother. Otherwise I would be screwed." she said with a laugh. "Do you have any siblings?" Alissa asked .

I shook my head. "Unless, you know, count my half-brothes and sisters," I told her.

Alissa nodded. "Then you would have a lot of siblings. When I found out about my brother his girlfriend punched me in the nose." she said with a laugh. "She thought Alex was cheating on her. It was funny." Alissa said smiling.

I smiled at her. "Do they have a cabin for you?" I asked. I cleaned my dagger wih my shirt.

Alissa shook her head. "No Pontos doesn't have a cabin. I could stay in cabin 3, but it's just not right..." she said. Alissa sighed and twirled her swords again.

"Why not? Water is water. Both kids have the same kind of powers right?" I asked her.

Alissa shrugged. "Yes, but it's not home. We're different. Poseidon kids... Pontos kids... different. There's only two Pontos kids, and like 10 Poseidon kids. We like cabin 2... it's been home forever." she said.

I frowned. "How are the Pontos kids different from Poseidon kids?" I asked her.
