| Well, I really don't think she should be able to make water out of nothing, but if he can make water out of petrified seashells, then I think that's okay. xD
As for #6, maybe have him be able to have only 1 person at a time breath underwater, but he can't keep them from getting wet? If he himself isn't able to breath underwater, then he can allow up to 5 people to breath underwater, but only if he can't breath underwater. Otherwise, for #6, I would say that he can only help 1 person, and they would still get wet.
If you take out the animal thing, then I'm guessing that the others would probably be fine. (Taking out animals, 2, 3, half of 4?, and editing 6?) | |

How about he starts off with the thing I suggested the first time, but over two weeks, he can have "learned" the other things I suggested? That way it's more realistic for him to be so powerful? | |

After a week or two, he would get the edited part of #6, and also more controlled and skilled powers for his already existing powers! Does that sound fair? You could probably have #2 after the week or two, also! | |
