Noah shook her head with a sigh. "I didn't hide it at first. I was very proud to have her as my mother...and then everyone treated me differently because she's a Titan. It's not like she's supporting the Titans in the war. She's completely neutral. But everyone looks at me like I'm going to turn on them at any moment..." she explained with a sad sigh. When he realized he wasn't running away, she looked up at him in awe. 'He's not going anywhere...' she thought. A warm, tingling sensation seemed to billow through her insides like a cloud of happiness and relief. She hesitated a moment before she gingerly hugged Jimmy. She smiled, resting her head on his shoulder a moment. She then lightly kissed him on the cheek. "Thank you..." she said with a warm smile.

Jimmy was giddy for a moment before realizing what his last name was. He stood up and grabbed his gloves. Jimmy continued down the old path to the armory. He turned his head to see if Noah was coming.

Noah simply watched him leave for a moment before she grabbed her sketch pad and jogged after him. She was smiling happily, like a little girl that had convinced her mother to buy her what she wanted at a toy store. Noah turned to Jimmy, looking up at him. "So we're friends then?" she asked hopefully. How long had it been since she had a true friend? 'Before I got claimed..' she thought. Noah's gaze flickered over to Jimmy. 'But I have him now...so none of those other friends are worth my time. Jimmy didn't run away.. He's special..' she thought happily. It was obvious she was overjoyed by the wide smile that stretched across her face.

"Of course." He replied with a warm smile. Soon they were in the armory. By the door was a rack which Jimmy hung his jacket up by. There were four parts of the armory. One was the autobody and collision, the second being the forge, the third being the mechanics for engines, and the fourth being the weapon pickup area. The two main parts were for cars and weapons. Jimmy worked in collision. He pushed open the two doors and entered the shop. It was very hot in there. The shop was usually ten degrees hotter than actual temperature outside. Most of the other guys were working shirtless. One of the guys had screamo music turned up real loud. Jimmy walked up one of the car stations and ditched his shirt, leaving on only a tight white tank top.

Noah's gaze drifted about the armory. There was a lot of interesting things here she could draw. She had no doubt about that. Noah turned to Jimmy to see him stripping off his shirt. Her blue gaze lingered on his muscular body a bit before she snapped out of her trance. "Uhh..." Wow...that was intelligent.
Noah shook her head, looking down at her sketch pad a moment. "There's plenty of things here for me to draw," she said. Noah sat down on a nearby stool, making sure she stayed out of the way. She wanted to talk to Jimmy, but she didn't want to disturb him while he was working. She simply sighed and began sketching some of the tools that were lying about.

Jimmy turned in a circle before he spotted his can of plaster. He grabbed the plaster and used his free hand to wipe some sweat off his neck. He grabbed a plastering brush and slapped some plaster on the dented door of the Nissan. He was sweating profusely, the sweat giving his skin a shine.

Noah watched him with obvious curiosity. She looked over at her current subject, which was a simply wrench. The brim of her nose wrinkled as she decided that the subject was far too bland. Noah flipped to an open page, her gaze darting about before it landed on Jimmy. The light was streaming into the room in such a way that seemed to make him glow. She quickly began sketching, moving the light back to its original position each time it moved. She made sure to get the details of his skin, the mechanics of the car he was working on. She began adding details and shading, glancing up at her subject every few seconds.

((Angel...there is no sunlight in an autobody shop...just artificial light...is that okay for sketching?))

Jimmy turned around to see Noah glancing up at him every few seconds. A corner of his mouth turned upward in a smile and he just stood there for a moment. His hand on an automatic sander and his knee perched on the bumper. His minty, green eyes glinting in the heat.

Noah did some details on his face, smudging her pencil a bit with her finger to soften the shading of his skin. She glanced up again to get another look at her subject. But this time, he was looking at her. Her cheeks flushed a deep shade of scarlet. However, because it was so warm, her skin was already slightly red. She let out a sheepish laugh and gave a smile. "It's..uh...warm in here," she said, using her hand to fan her face, as if that made a difference. Noah hastily went back to sketching, hoping that he didn't think she was weird.

"Whatcha doin'?" Jimmy asked curiously. "You keep looking up at me." He noted intelligently. He didnt move a muscle except his facial muscles. 'I really hope she doesn't find my sweatiness gross..'

Noah glanced up at him a moment. She bit at her lower lip, contemplating whether or not she should tell him. With a sigh, she placed her pencil behind her ear and turned her sketch pad to him. "I'm drawing you," she replied. The drawing showed the car being worked on and Jimmy, holding the automatic sander, smoothing out the surface of the car. Most of the detail was added, except in various areas that she hadn't gotten to yet. In all honesty, it looked just like him. You could even almost tell his eyes were minty green, even though the sketch was in simply graphite pencil.

Jimmy grinned. "Is it going well?" He asked curiously. He still didn't move, for fear of messing her up. His muscles were starting to become tight from standing there like that for several minutes, "Hey, Noah? Can I move a little? My limbs are getting stiff." he said.

((Stupid phone...I must've hit delete when I did the voice thing... >.< fml.))

Noah noticed he wasn't moving and she shook her head with a small laugh. "You can move, Jimmy...I've been working this whole time with you moving," she pointed out. Noah continued to draw him, making sure to get each detail possible. She was a very realistic, detail oriented artist.

He laughed. "Good," Jimmy went back to his Nissan. The tank now had plaster, sweat, and dirt on it. Jimmy was finally fed up with the dirty tank and stripped it off showing his toned muscles. In the presence of Noah, Jimmy felt strangely naked. It was odd because he went shirtless in the shop all the time.

Noah continued drawing, but stopped as she noticed he was now shirtless. Her entire face flushed a deep shape of scarlet. Noah hastily looked down at her sketch, hoping he hadn't noticed her blushing. 'What's the matter with me?' she thought, biting at the inside of her cheek. 'Just keep drawing...' she told herself. Noah glanced up at Jimmy again, now putting herself in the mindset of an artist. 'Artists draw naked people and it's no big deal...he's just my art subject..' she continued to tell herself. Despite this, she still could feel her cheeks getting hotter and hotter.

[color=lightgreen]Jimmy was done with the plaster. He went around to his toolbox and grabbed a few tools. The plaster would take at least a good fifteen minutes to dry, so he needed something to fix while it dried. He went around front to the car and pulled open the hood, careful to not hit himself again.

Noah had finished the first drawing of Jimmy and she let out a sigh. She turned to the next page of her sketch pad and glanced around. She absentmindedly began drawing some of the other people buzzing about. She didn't feel awkward drawing those people and most, if not all, of them were shirtless. So why did Jimmy make her so flustered? Maybe because she knew him already? 'I bet that's it...' she thought.

Jimmy was all done and it was much later in the day when the 'skeeters were buzzing and the music had switched an older country station that was playing some Skynyrd. Jimmy grabbed the tank off the car and slammed the hood shut. He reached inside the car and twisted the key. The car vroomed to life. He grinned. All his work had payed off. Now he was up for a swim or something. "Hey, would you like to go the beach with me, or something? I'm hot and I need cooling off...and a shower..." he joked. Jimmy absent-mindedly reached down to tie the lace of his workboots. His light-washed Levis rode low on his hips with the top of his Calvin Klein briefs poking out at the top.

Noah had already filled up ten pages of her sketch pad with quick doodles of tools, the few elaborate drawings of Jimmy, as well as a few brief sketches of some of the other people in the armory. When the engine started Noah looked up with a surprised look on her face. She smiled, arching her eyebrow. "Remind me to have you fix up some old car for me sometime..." she noted, slowly rising to her feet. When he suggested a swim she smiled, nodding her head. "Yeah, just let me run back to my cabin and grab a bathing suit first," she said, pointing over her shoulder with her thumb as she spoke.

Jimmy shrugged an answer. "I'll meet you at the lake," he said starting push the car jack down. 'Hmm...maybe I could fix up a car for her...' he thought yo himself. His uncle owned a Lexus dealership, but he needed a beater. Maybe he could drive into the side of the Bronx and get a beater from one of the many collision shops there.
