Forging, a favorite past time of my own, also something that I was employed to do by the various denizens of the camp. But first, before I explain what I was doing in the armoury let me introduce myself. My name is Tersail Intilithor, I'm the only son of Janette Intilithor, and a demi-god whose father was that of the great Hephaestus. I forge for both fun and as a way to keep my mind off of things that I'd rather not think about. However, there is something odd about me and my forging, when I forge I can not forge a weapon, I can't even repair a pre-made weapon. Why? Because I abhor killing, and any weapon made to kill I am incapable of forging in any way shape or form. This of course makes me an oddity, but the fact I am the most skilled smith in the entire camp when it comes to armour makes up for it to quite the degree.

So, back to what's at hand. Minding my own business, reforging a shield made by one of my brethren that had been damaged during the last capture the flag game and what do I hear? Some little man walking into the Armoury, yelling at me. Of course, I was busy and so chose to ignore him the first name, but he seemed persistent when he yelled again, this time louder, and so I decided that I might as well take notice, but only after I finished cooling the shield.

"Well, what do you think I'm doing?"

Was my answer to the young boy who stood quite a large amount below me, my height of six and a half feet towering over him as I placed the shield I had just finished cooling and reforging upon a rack to await a pick up from the owner.

Remember that introduction I did for myself earlier? Well, it seems that not everyone knows about my impediment, I don't really make it announced since some people sort of look at me funny over it, not that I really care but it avoids confusion and such. Oh well, beside the point, so what should I do with this guy? Well, I might as well avoid the question somewhat.

"Hmmm, I could fix it, but unfortunately I have other things I need to fix previous to your sword. It would probably be better for you to find and ask someone else to fix it, yes?"

Well, it was true, deceiving but true, I did have more armour to fix and all of it was ahead of it, however most of it could wait a few hours since I'd been, up until this point, working in the forge since breakfast, meaning about seven hours straight of smithing. Not a huge deal but one needs a break every now and then, and I was about ready for one.

"Actually, not only that but I am about to go on break so even more reason for you to find some one else, don't you agree?"

Of course, my voice was toned in such a way I didn't give him much choice, but might as well make the words seem as if there was one.

What a foolish child, he's obviously young so he has some excuse but he wastes time. Rather than simply fix his sword, he brought it here to get someone else to fix it, only to be turned down and decide to do it himself anyway. A childish child, but not an issue.

"Hmmmm, interesting, tis fine craftsmanship, nothing compared to that which the sons of Hephaestus could make, but still quite remarkable."

Were, of course, my comments to him as he all but shoved the arrow he removed from his quiver into my hands.

Of course I was going to take a break, the little boy was simply holding me up, however no point in taking it out on him, especially when he wasn't paying attention. So what should I do? Well, nothing I suppose seeing as how one of my many half siblings, Cal Delear, had just walked through the door, being greeted by the little boy and confirming that he would fix the sword, greeting me as the Apollo spawn left the armoury.

"Hmmm, nothing much really, just finished working on a shield for one of the Ares girls and about to head out for a break, been working for the past seven hours and no matter the fact that I'd love to continue working I think I'm going to need to go eat before I collapse, how about you?"

Why wouldn't I return the question, it was just something natural, I suppose I should probably have gotten going but oh well, I could spare some time for Cal.

Peculiar, but alright were my thoughts. He was a half a year older than me so I suppose calling me little brother was alright, except for the fact I was four inches taller and definitely a lot broader in the shoulder. Guess it didn't really matter.

"Alright, time to go then"

And with that I was off, jogging towards the dining area. Of course, lunch had been served a few hours ago and I had worked through it. However, I did know a Nymph so I could get a little something to eat since working through a meal was nothing out of the ordinary for me.
