I kept a little quiet. I didn't have any explosives or anything fun like that. Just a lame necklace that turned to a sword. No daggers that I could fit in a tiny backpack, but I still could kick butt. I was a black belt in karate anyways.

Brandon scanned the horizon with the scope on his rifle. "What about those buildings?"

Bellinda thought she heard a skeptical tone in his voice, so she stopped in her tracks and opened her bag. "What? Don't believe me? I'll show you," she said with a grin. She set the small, five pound bag on the ground and stepped inside. She was quickly taken conpletely into the bag and sounds of banging and crashing could be heard from inside the cloth case. "Let's see. I've got first aid, basically an entire hospital in here. Every book the Athena cabin would let me borrow, swords, shields, armor, daggers, a sickle, bow and arrows, food, water, clothes for all of us, umm...I think I have my guitar in here..." her voice trailed off and a loud crash and a strum of guitar strings sounded from the bag. "Yep! There it is!" she exclaimed. "I've got power tools, a portable generator, batteries, paper, pencils, flashlights...ummm...basically I could fit the whole world in this bag and it'd still only weigh five pounds. Ow....yep I brought those cots too. Oh! I think I have a tent in a tube in here!" she said excitedly. The sound of the tent popping open sounded from the bag. "Whoops...maybe I should hae kept it in the tube. My bad..." she said. Bellinda climbed out of the bag rather clumsily and pulled the strings shut to close it. "I think that eventually this thing will have a limit. But I haven't found it yet," she said. "So there's still room for all of us in there if we need to hide from something," she explained, throwing the bag over her shoulder again.

Brandon's jaw dropped. He'd been expecting a decent amount of stuff, but that...
"Holy crap. That is an entire a supply depot in there! Man, you really weren't kidding."

I squinted. "No, they're a little further. The building isn't that tall," I said. I eyed the tall buildings.

Bellinda smiled proudly. "It's pretty cool in there. But it's kind of hard to make your way through. So don't ever put anything extremely breakable in here unless you bubble wrap it. It'll get stepped on or something while I'm trying to maneuver through this thing," she explained. Bell turned to Piper and gave a nod of her head. "You guys are welcome to put your clothes a stuff in here if you want. But you, Muscle-Head, and your guns and such. No no. I'm not sure how good it would be if they accidentally went off in there. But I'm assuming it wouldn't be fantastic," she explained.

"Yeah, no kidding," Brandon agreed. "I like to keep my guns with me anyway. Can't have them going missing. Piper, how long do you think it'll take for us to get there?"

I nodded. "Sweet, thanks Bellinda," I said. I wasn't in the big long talkative mood. I figured I would switch to that mode soon anyways. I was like that. I looked at my hands, painted sea blue by a daughter of Aphrodite. She talked me into her doing it, of course. Sometimes I was easy to ahev things talked into, sometimes it was a flat out no and I'd just ignore the situation from then on. Whatever, I had to focus on the Quest.
We were getting close to the car selling business. "We're almost there," I'd stolen a car before with my cousin before I was even brought to camp, so this would be easy as it was before.

(Hehe.. magic bag.. I can fit a whole blanket into a side pocket on my bookbag which when you look at it is like a foot deep)

A few more minutes, and the car dealership came into view. Brandon stopped. "So what do we do? Bellinda and I run interference while Piper jacks a vehicle?"

I sighed. I'd done this process before. "First of all, we can't just steal the car. The keys aren't just there in the ignition. We have to go into the place and steal the keys. It might sound complicated but everything in the dealership building is lined up like a pre-school," I said.

Brandon was a fighter, not a thief. He wasn't confident in his ability to steal, and was more than content to follow this time. "Okay then. You lead the way."

I didn't reply, but I started walking ahead of him. We came to a stop once we got the dealership. It smelled like new cars and old cars. I eyed an Eclipse. Nice car, but we could end up ruining it. Too bad, I wanted that car.

Brandon scanned the vehicles also, eyeing a Hummer H2. "Hey, what about the Hummer?" he whispered to Piper. "Best off-roader in here. We may need that engine power."

I groaned. Stupid Ares kids and their wants. "Fine, you get the keys from inside then. They're lined up on a wall inside the main office," I said looking in the building.

Brandon frowned. "Me? I think you'd be better suited to...whatever. Just cover me." He proceeded cautiously into the building. Luckily there were few people, employees or customers, around, so Brandon was able to dart into the main office and start discreetly rummaging through keys.
"GMC Denali, GMC Yukon, Hummer...here. H2."
Brandon pocketed the keys in the large trench coat that was also hiding his guns. After hiding behind a desk to evade a passing employee, Brandon strolled nonchalantly out the door of the office, flashing a thumbs-up to Piper and Bellinda.

I rolled my eyes. "Okay. We just need to make a clean break. No one working here can see us, obviously. Or we're busted," I said, looking over at the Hummer. "Let's go over there are pretend to just be interested in the car."

Brandon was there first, whistling casually as he looked the Hummer up and down. It was black and shiny new, just like any dealership car. Then he glanced over at Piper and Bellinda joining them.
"Keys," he whispered, using his trench coat to block his hand giving the keys to Piper.

I took the keys from him. I leaned against the car door. I looked around casually, seeing no one watching. I slipped into the drivers seat, slinking down in the seat so no one could see me.

I walked up to a group of kids looking at a hummer. I gave a fake smile and and looked bright, My hazel eyes glared at them, "Can I help you kids..?" I my name tag read "Mary" My red hair was pulled into a tight bun and my heeled boots clacked.

Brandon shifted positions, using his large size to further shield Piper from anyone nearby. "Now. Do we just jump in, you floor it and we peel out before anyone can stop us or what?"
He quickly turned when a saleswoman approached. "No ma'am. We're fine on our own at this time."

I frowned, "Where are your parnets?" I asked and a sickly fake sweet voice, I smiled again, I tried to peer into the car, to see if they were trying to vandlize the car.

Brandon nonchalantly shifted to block the saleswoman's view into the car. "These two are sadly, orphans. Their relatives don't have much time for them, so I'm their guardian. Unofficially. But I'm 18 with a license. Really ma'am, we're just looking at this Hummer."

I gave Brandon a death look. What kind of lie was that? it was obvious to Mary he was lying."We'd like to test drive this car," I said, opening the door a little. "We're trying to find a car for my brother here. He's going off to college soon, and needs a vehicle of his own. Our parents are out getting groceries," I said simply and seriosuly.
