While the lightning and thunder thing was happening, and A.J. made grass grow around him, I just stood in awe. I was still new to the whole greek-gods-exist thing. I started to wonder if I had any power. Then, someone walked up to our small group. He asked a question, but I was already busy looking down from where he had come, and saw an evil bat-lady looking thing lying on the floor, seemingly frozen. He said something else, then I suddenly burst out "WHAT is that?!" I made my bow appear in my hands, and the idea of shooting it came to my mind.. "Can.. Should I shoot it..?" I looked around at the group, the got my bow out, held it in my left hand, grabbed an arrow and notched it and pulled the string back to my lip and took aim...

OOC- I dunno if anyone wants to do anything else or w/e before I shoot it, cause I totally wanna shoot it ;D

"Pfft. I dunno." I said as my green and black bat appeared in my hand. It was two and a half feet long of pure celestial bronze.

Before I could say it, I remembered what Ronan said, "We call them the Kindly Ones."

I shook my head quickly. "I mean, is that a Kindly One?"

"Uh, yeah... but no need to worry, I've dealt with it... for now at least."

I explain to the group how this strange feeling came over me as the Kindly One swooped down; of how my suddenly instinctive brain had charged up and caused me to point at the demon, and shout at the top of my lungs: ύπνος! (Which I soon realized meant "Sleep!")

The boy shouted the word with such force I started to close my eyes. I snapped out of it and blinked my eyes open. "Woah. Who's your parent?" I asked, almost yawning.

"Funny you should ask," I said, my eyes twinkling. "My Father is Hypnos." I smiled slightly, nodding towards the pillow I carried. Immediately after saying that, a confused look came upon my face.

I felt drowsy after he said that word. "Whoaa.. careful with that word, man.." I looked at the Fury and decided to let it sleep. I probably couldn't even pull back my bow again after he said that. I shook my head and jumped around a little to wake up. "So who's hippo- or whatever his name is? All evidence points to him being the god of sleep.. but what do I know?" I suddenly wanted to know who my dad was.

"Well, come to think of it, I honestly don't know." I said, wondering why I had sputtered out that name. It seemed to just come to me, as if someone had deliberately put it in my mind. It was a little disorienting, not knowing why I had said that or how it had come to my mind.

I nodded at Veronica. "I don't think Hippie is my parent either. I'm sure we'll find out who our parents are, though." I said towards Veronica and shrugged. I plopped down onto the grass and stared at the sky. "Let's see.. Do you remember ever using a power or something like that?" I said aloud to the group, but still with the question kind of aimed at Veronica. "Hm.. My first monster encounter was a minotaur, did I tell you guys that?.. Anyway.. When I saw it, I just ran.. and I could swear time just slowed down, because it- it didn't even get close to catching me." I looked at the others quizzically. "Do people usually out run minotaurs? Or.. uhm.. do you think time did slow down..." I got excited at a possible clue.

"My first attack? It was a Minotaur. And Minotaurs usually outrun people. So I think that time..." My voice trailed off. My eyes widened in deep shock. "H-hey, can your parent be a...T-t-t-t-ti..." Then, everything blacked out. I fainted.

I stood shocked for a moment. Then I quickly snapped into action. I couldn't just let her lay there, after all. I ran over and shook her a little bit and said her name, trying to wake her up. I looked around at everyone else. "What.. happened..?" What should I do? I thought to myself. Let's see.. don't they splash water or something on their faces in the movies?

As I come up the hill I noticed the boy and a girl lying on the ground. I quickly run over to see if I can help. "What happened?"

I looked at the new guy to our small gathering here, then glanced back to Veronica as she was waking up. "You just suddenly blanked out!" I cried in response, worry clearly on my face. "You were saying something about the titans or.. or something, and then you just fell." I stood up from beside her and looked around, noticing the fury still sleeping there. "A-are you okay?" I reached out and offered Veronica a hand to help her up.
