Physical appearance:
Upon the age of 12, when Damon was claimed by Persepone, he decided that a child of the Queen of the Dead should be appear more intimidating than a normal-sized blond hair and blue eyed kid like himself, so to make himself stand out, he dyed his thick, straight hair a ebony color. His hair sweeps across his forehead and is short and spiky in the back. To make himself look and feel tougher, he got a large tattoo across his back. The tattoo is of angel wings; the wing on his left shoulder is full of intricatley detailed feathers and is actually rather breath-taking in its beauty, but the right shoulder's wing is of a bat's wing, quite the opposite of the lovely angel wing. The tattoo stands out on his pale olive skin. Damon is pretty average sized, standing at 5'6, and he is also skinny, not an awkward, lanky skinny, just lean. He has a toned body but no actual muscle definiton. Behind the thick rimmed glasses his sight problems sometimes call for, are his beautiful blue eyes. They are a mixture of gray, aqua, and pale lavender. Most people refer to Damon as an "adorable emo-nerd", a title he dislikes because he thinks of himself as pretty manly, though he really isn't...

Personality:
Damon tries his best to look happy on the outside because he loves to make people smile and to have people like him, but he is dreadfully insecure on the inside and finds himself always assuming the worst about everything. But in his point of view, a major upisde to pessimisim is that he never lets himself down and only boosts his self confidence. For example, before taking a test, he might tell himself he will fail and completley accept that and then when he does well he feels happy, but if he does badly he already expected it so there are no angry feelings. On top of being insecure and pessimistic, Damon is usually very shy around new people or pretty girls and he easily loses all social talents and becomes incredibly awkward. He also tends to be kind of a "live and let die" type of person, for him to regret something and carry it around, it has to be major. Damon is very good at understanding himself and why he makes the decisions he makes, he always forgives himself, but he has been known to harbor grudges that last for long periods of time. He is modest and hardly ever accepts compliments from anyone. He has a likable sense of humor and can be rather charming at times. To a stranger or acquaintance, Damon will seem kind, quiet, and funny. But around friends Damon is brutally honest, has a dark sense of humor (sometimes even morbid), a daredevil, and all around good friend.

Pets:
On a trip with his father through Boston before coming to Camp Half Blood, Damon found a small Rottweiler puppy rummaging through the trash. He instantly loved the thing and begged his father to keep it. The pup’s name is Shadow because once Damon picked the little guy up, he never left his side.

Weapons:
The only weapon used on a regular monster-fighting basis would be his bronze sword coated in snake poison capable of killing its victims that has an intricate serpent coiled around the hilt that fits comfortably into his hand. He affectionately refers to his sword as Striker.

Talents:
Since childhood, Damon has had compromising and reasoning skills that would make any lawyer jealous. He’s also quite the natural at talking down angry kids. He is very perceptive when it comes to feelings and has always been able to practically read the emotions and their source. He is not exactly telepathic for he cannot read into generic thoughts, and he is not even apparent that he is doing it, but he knows the emotional thoughts of the people he locks eyes with, no matter how briefly. Any other powers he has yet to discover even though he would not say his talents are special at all.

Other:
His father knows Damon’s mother was Persephone, but his knowing helped him to protect his son by taking him with him on the band he manages road trips.
