As long as I get to be shirtless [Private? I guess]

I stepped onto the beach with a cocky grin. I loved the beach, because well...who wouldn't want to see me shirtless? And I get to work on my tan. So I guess when I was told to come here I was both excited and confused. Why am I here? Was I waiting for someone? Questions like this rolled through my head as I sat silently in the warm sand. I sighed and laid on my back, folding my arms behind my head. I wore my light green and white swim trunks today and kept my camp necklace on as well. I ran my fingers gently through my blonde hair and stared up at the blue sky. My gaze drifted about, curiously wondering why I was ordered to come here.

I skipped onto the beach in a rainbow two-piece. I has some black tinted sunglasses on while my red hair flowed down. I stood along the shore, gazing at the water. I was here to see some guy, I think. So, my blue eyes followed around the land too look for him. Then, seeing what I think was him, I walked towards him. "Hiya." said I, smiling.

I lifted my head slowly at the sound of a voice I didn't recognize. I turned my blue gaze to the girl with a charming smile. "Hello," I replied. I slowly stood up and brushed the sand from my tan skin. I silently wondered if she was the reason I was told to come here.

"I'm Zoe." I said, putting my hand out to shake his. I noticed he his eyes. I loved the color. Must be a child of Aphrodite?

I shook her hand with a smile. "I'm Kardel, Son of Aphrodite," I introduced. "By chance, do you know why I'm here. I was...demanded to come here. Although, the details were not mentioned," I explained.

I shrugged. "I think I was supposed to meet you, but I have no real clue." I said laughing a bit, revealing my smile.

[color=lightgreen]I grinned and nodded my head. "Well, why don't we say that you were supposed to meet me, since it seems we've been set up," I suggested, raising an eyebrow.

I nodded. Then, I sat down on the dry sand. It was a little hot from the heat. "So, how's life?" I asked.

I grinned, shaking my head slowly. "I'd ask some simple question like 'So, tell me about yourself, but that'll just make things more awkward," I said, trying to...what is it they say? Break the ice?

I laughed a little. "True true." I thought of what else to do.

I thought for a moment in silence. "So, aparently I don't do very well of blind dates. I'm going to have to ask you to forgive me, I'm usually much more charming then this," I explained with a grin.

Some more laughter slipped. "Well, I'm more, uh, awesome-err than this. So, no worries." I smiled.

I chuckled, feeling my signature charming grin creep across my face. "So who's your god parent?" I asked, realizing she hadn't told me before.

"Odyne." I said simply, then asked, "Yours?" It was obvious, but it was the only chat I could think of.

I smiled. "Aphrodite," I answered. I them thought for a moment. "Odyne...Goddess of Pain?" I said, my one was almost questioning. "Note to self...stay on your good side," I added. I then waited a few moments before I grinned, raising a single eyebrow. "How am I doing so far?" I asked curiously.

I laughed a bit. "You're doing fine. And yes, stay on my good side." I smiled.

I smiled. "So, why do you think we were set up?" I asked curiously. I silently wondered if we had anything in common.

I shrugged. "I like cute boys." I said, giving him a smile.

I grinned. "And I am a cute boy," I said simply. I ran my fingers through my hair for a brief moment before letting my hand drop to my side.

I smiled. "Exactly my point."
