Sutton wasn't in the mood to go to the Winter Festival. Nothing there seemed to interest her, especially the Winter Dance. Dresses just weren't her thing. Neither was socializing. So instead of doing any of the activities there, she decided to take pictures of the lake. It would be pretty especially with the snow and the sun gleaming on the lake.
Sutton grabbed her camera along with a few other things like a snack and a bottle of water. She made her way towards the lake where it was practically empty considering the time. It was almost seven o'clock. No one woke up that early but her. She didn't mind waking up early. It saved her from talking to people. When she got there, she breathed in the brisk air. She hadn't been there in awhile because she had been training a lot for some odd reason. But she didn't care. She was there now.
Sutton set down her bag in the snow and took out her camera. She looked around, taking in the scenery before a smile appeared in her face. It was perfect. She snapped some pictures here and there. Eventually she did take a break and just watched other campers doing their daily activities. She enjoyed people watching. She ate a quick snack considering she hadn't eaten breakfast yet and then took out her camera again. Sutton began strolling through the pictures she had taken. She was pretty proud of them. But then she stopped looking at pictures she had taken today. She looked at old photos she had taken with her little brother. That's when a shadow blocked the view of a picture of her and Max at the beach. "Um do you mind? You're kind of blocking my view." She said as she looked up at the boy.
