A Perfect Day for Ripping Someone's Head Off (Open!)

"my parents were fully open with me," they told me everything as soon as i was old enough to understand it." i say, remembering the old times, "they were the best parents i could hope for."

I smirk and try not to keep on the subject for long. So who's your godly parent? I ask the question quickly.

"none. my parents were nikolas and joanna." i say.

I nod questioningly. Then why... I begin but stop suddenly, thinking that he may have a reason for not continuing. I take out my iPod again and continue making a playlist.

"they were half gods. so in all im half as well." i explain.

I nod, now understanding. Okay. That makes sense, then. So you gonna be a full-timer here, I guess, considering... I trail off again, feeling like an idiot after making yet another stupid mistake that probably didn't make him feel any better.

"yes," i say, "so perhaps we can be friends."

I smirk yet again and glance around before shrugging my shoulders and replying Sure, why not?

i get something out of my bag. "reeses (TM)?" i ask offering her the candy.

I smile and take one but hesitantly ask, What did you do to it?

"either its poisoned, flammable, explosive or just chocolate. care to take a chance," i say, then ,"okay that sounded like a game show host," i say laughing.

I pause hesitantly and eat it quickly. Even if there was something wrong with it, Apollo kids usually heal pretty fast. I laugh and then stand up. I guess I'm alive.

"why'd i kill my only friend i have here in camp?" i say, "no. you survive,for now."

I laugh again and look at my iPod for the time and see how late it was. Oh my gods, I'm late! I begin walking but stop quickly and say, Thanks for the great practice and for not killing me... yet. I smile and hug him quickly and begin to run back to the Cabin.

"wonder what shes late for," i ask myself. oh well. i came here to practice and practice i shall.
i practice with a variety of weapons, leaving the guns out in case someone came in. i wasnt sure if they were allowed in camp so best not to press my luck.
