Quinn Alexander Leahy- Son of Morpheus
Quinn breathed in the crisp, fresh air. He laid in the dirt, looking into the clouds and daydreaming. He let his imagination wander a bit, wondering what it would be like to fly up towards the sky and go through clouds, touching the heavens.
Campers were rushing around him, yelling and screaming with delight and anger. This was a peaceful day at Camp Half Blood, and Quinn enjoyed it.
One of the clouds looked like a rabbit, and another a witch stirring a potion in a caludron. Quinn smiled and chuckled. Sometimes is imagination could run wild, but that was the reason why he loved himself.
(Ooc- Sorry for the short post :/ they'll be longer next time, I promise!)

Emily Arabella Thomas
n n n Daughter of Zeus
Emily had nothing to do in her cabin. It was boring like always considering there weren't a lot of big threes. She got dressed in her favorite plaid shirt left it unbuttoned with a black top underneath it. She wore jeans and converse. Then she got her IPod and she walked out of her cabin. The cool crisp air was nice. Then she finally walked out of her cabin and started walking to the cabin courtyard. A couple of the younger demi-gods were there playing games like baseball and kickball. Emily remember playing those games when she was younger, but now she set off fireworks and firecrackers. Emily was a completely different from the girl she used to be. However, there were a couple of the older kids, but they were up to no good like always. Teens, She thought. She sat down on a nearby bench and plugged in her earphones listening to her favorite music and people watching.

Quinn Alexander Leahy- Son of Morpheus
Quinn looked around, wishing for some company. His cabin was quiet, but that was to be expected when your father is the god of dreams. Quinn had lots of brothers back home. Thinking of home put a pit in his stomach. So he quickly pushed that thought into the back of his mind. Lots of kids his age were practicing wielding weapons, but Quinn didn't see the point. It wasn't like Kronos was going to attack the moment the camp rests. It was fair to say that he was just biding his time, waiting for some unlucky demi-god to cross his path.
Anything was better than just sitting around doing nothing, so maybe those Ares kids had fun spearing targets. Quinn got up and walked around, determined to not be lazy like he usually was. He didn't like to be lazy, but he was, and he daydreamed a lot too. Quinn saw a girl his age on a bench with earplugs in. Living with a bunch of boys, he never really knew how to talk to girls. No time like the present, Quinn thought to himself as he walked over to the girl in plaid.
"Is- is this seat taken?" He asked the girl.

Emily continued listening to her music. Soon the song Stay by Rihanna came on her IPod. She remembered the day that her father died and the hellhound came she just wanted to stay home. She just wished for that day to come back. She wished her father never died because then he wouldn't have sent her to this camp. That's what always got her crying started. I won't cry about my father this time. I'm strong. Enough crying, you've cried enough about him, She thought. She quickly changed the song so she wouldn't start crying again in public. It'd be totally different is she was in actual public, because it wasn't like she would ever see this people again. But here at camp? It was totally different considering she would see this people again. Then her favorite happy song came on. She flipped her hair and kept on listening to the song when a boy appeared. She didn't quite hear what he said, but she just saw his lips move. She took out one of her earplugs. "Repeat that again? I couldn't hear you." She said politely.

Quinn Alexander Leahy- Son of Morpheus
(Ooc- I'm SO sorry for not replying! I was thinking that you had to reply, and I just forgot and I'm sorry. They also took the gold away from the colors NOOOO!)
Quinn waited for the girl to answer him. He didn't mind waiting, patience was a virtue that he needed to work on. At least he wasn't arrogant like some of the other campers he had made idle chit chat with. He could hear the drums coming from her ear buds. He didn't think she had heard him, and he was right, because she took them out and asked him to repeat the question for her.
"I, er, I asked if this seat was taken." Quinn said, stuttering with his words. He wasn't good around girls. He was always confused by the way they acted and when they said one thing that really meant another. At his old school, he had tried to ask out a girl named Miranda, and she rejected him, in front of all the popular people.
"I'm Quinn by the way," He said, holding out his hand. "Quinn Alexander Leahy, but I just like Quinn and that's all." His mother called him by his full name when she was angry at him, which wasn't very often. He was usually a good kid. It was only when he was angry was he a demonic demi-god that was full of rage, but the girl didn't have to worry about that because Quinn didn't get mad.
