Fainted...

I paced beside the bed the people I met here had given Dari. I rubbed the back of my neck, wondering if I had done something during our fight.

I blinked my eyes and looked up. "Alchander?" I whispered.

I jumped a bit at the sound of her voice. I whipped around, showing the worry in my eyes. I quickly tried to hide it as I grabbed ambrosia and nectar. I handed it to Dari, sitting on the edge of her bed. "They told me to give you this when you woke up," I said. I had meant to say more, but that was the best I could come up with at the moment.

I smiled. "I used my powers too much." I said. I took the nectar and ambrosia.

I sighed, offering a small smile. "Well maybe you should try to refrain from that," I noted. Absentmindedly I gently brushed some hair from her face, caressing her cheek with my thumb. When I snapped out of my daze, realizing what I was doing I quickly whipped my hand away, stuffing it into my pocket. "Uhh...well. Why don't you get some rest. If you need it that is. I mean...if you don't you don't have to rest. B-But I'm not saying you can't!" I stuttered, obviously flustered quite a bit. "Um...I'm going to shut up now," I added, rubbing the back of my neck in embarrassment.

I grinned, nodding my head. "Yeah...that," I agreed.

I grinned, deciding to have some fun. "Not really," I replied, my eyes gleaming. It was easily to tell by my grin that I was lying, however my tone was completely serious.

I raised an eyebrow. "Am I now? Are you sure?" I asked, my grin still plastered on my face.

I sighed, gently grasping her hand. "Then you're right I suppose," he said, staring down at their interlaced fingers.

I sighed, rising to my feet. I reached my hand down, hesitating a moment before I gently smoothed her hair. "I need to get something from my cabin. I'll be back in a few minutes. And don't push yourself anymore," I said. I stared into her eyes for a moment before smiling and making my way out of the room.

I was already out the door, unable to know that Dari might need my assistance again. I walked down the stairs of the infirmary, making my way out the door and to the Ares cabin. I walked in, grabbing my iPod in case I was in the infirmary for a while. I grabbed my jacket as well before making my way out of the cabin and heading back towards the infirmary.

I coughed and turned onto my stomach.

I walked into the room, seeing Dari on her stomach. I set my jacket and iPod on a chair before walking over to her. "Are you alright?" I asked.

I nodded, sitting down in a nearby chair. "Get some rest, I'll be here," I reassured.

I put my earbuds in, simply pressing shuffle and leaning my head back against the wall.
