I stared at Felix with a blank face, but it seemed serious. "Shade. AC. Water." I said simply, walking over to the shade.

Laughing, I followed her and sat in my previous spot, gulping down some water from my bottle. Man, it was really hot today.

Leaning back, I was about to stare at the tree leaves when I noticed how cool the grass was. "Whoa!" I said enthusiastically, lying down before rolling around. "Check it out, Alice, the grass is like the freakin' north pole."

I stared at Felix rolling around on the ground. "You look stupid." I said, and laughed a bit.

I scoffed before laughing with her. "I'm sure I do, but I like comfort over beauty. And I am very capable of being beautiful." Pausing for a moment, I sat up and pursed my lips and batted my eyelashes before snorting and going back to rolling around.

I face-palmed before I sat down in the grass. I leaned back far enough so I was laying down.

Grinning, I made a triumphant noise. "Aha, I got you to lie down. See the temptation of the icy cool grass is too great. I wish that the camp had some hills or something though."

Deciding to ditch the grass, I got up and beamed at Alice before running and jumping into the Lake, with all my clothes on. It was a few seconds before I came up and shook my head. I flashed a thumbs up at Alice, my hair was still spiky and I knew it. It never seemed to go away.

I looked at Felix soaked in the lake. "No." I said simply. I wouldn't jump in there, period.

Grinning, I thought about climbing out and pushing her in but I decided against it. Wasn't smart to do that to a demigod. "Your loss," I said, smiling and doing back-crawl to a rock and back.

I shrugged and sat up. I then took a sip of my water, and gazed at the water. Isn't worth it.

Since I had cooled down enough, I climbed out of the lake and stood a good bit away from Alice so I wouldn't get her wet - and I did not want to face her wrath - and shook my hair out, something I did a lot. After squeezing out some of the water in my clothes, I sat next to her. "Refreshing." I said, grinning.

I laughed sarcastically. I drank some more water, then the bottle was empty. "Dammit!" I said. I wanted to drink the lake's water, but I had a feeling that dead things were in it.

"Yes, master." I said, laughing. I jogged to the cabin and back, this time carrying three bottles. "Two for you, you crazy water drinker." I said, tossing two of them to her and setting one down beside my bottle.

I laughed, not sarcastically this time. I drank some of it and tried a smile, but didn't. "Thanks." I said.

"No problem," I said, feeling my shirt to see if it was still wet, just a bit now. Sitting down next to her, I grinned. "Your turn to think of what to do."
