It really hurts

Dear Reader,

Um, Hi, I suppose. I'm making this topic to vent, and to hopefully get some feelings out. Now, you don't need to post if you don't want to, but if you have some advice, I would really appreciate it! Alright then, here it goes...

Once upon a time, Moon had a crush on a guy. I'm not saying all of that again, because it really hurts. Anyway, I forget what I called the guy, but I'll go with just saying 'my crush' or something stupid like that. His name might be a few random letters mush together, but right, I'll stay on topic.

I guess he's not really much crush anymore, or at least I think he isn't. Lately I've been trying to convince myself that I like a guy on my swim team (it's a community team...), anyways. Last night I had a dream, but my 'crush' (swimteamguy) wasn't in it. It was the other guy (theonewhomIdon'ttalkaboutanymore). The sad thing was, I really liked the dream. It wasn't much, just us talking normally again. Lately, he doesn't look at me when talking it me, if he ever does. At the end of it he hugged me, and I woke up almost crying. I'm too young for this, right? I shouldn't be crying over him because he wasn't ever mine to start crying over. I just thought he was. I guess those were wasted tears...

He likes my friend now, and she apparently likes him. We went on a county trip thing, and they were talking on the bus. It killed me, glancing back and seeing them laughing and talking. A few months ago, that could've passed as me and him. My friends keep telling me to stop worrying about it, and that it's over. That it wasn't there to start with. That I made it up in my head. I messed up, I slipped...

And it really hurt.
