| /deep breath. Hi. My name is Fudge. I just wanted to share you my depressing moment during Mathematics.
I'm so weak at mental math. Today we had some sort of recitation. I was called first together with the first batch. Oh man. Talk about mental block. Mental block at mental month. My companions have gained steps. Me, still on the starting line. The questions blurred out of existence. Then boom. I got a grade of 65. I cried.
My teacher tried to give me a second chance. But I did not comply, simply because of humiliation. I was still hiccuping, and I know I can't answer it even though I complied. It was depressing.
Now, please tell me: am I wrong not to take a second chance, and just get up using other chances? Or I should take it?

| Fudge,
Now there are lots of ways to look at this. I see whyyou did not take the second chance. You said it was because humiliation. Now, I understand. You did earn that grade though. Thats fine because I can promise you that there is not one person in the universe that is not bad at something. I can promise. I understand your pain or embarresment, but don't let this get the best of you. I would've done the same thing you did. If this is really bothering you, ask your teacher for some help. I'm sure he or she would be more happy to help. That's the key. Ask your teacher and maybe he can give you some help. If thats to embarresing and you do not feel comfortable, practice yourself. Take about 20-30 minutes of practice each day if you can. Try your best. And if you fail another test, thats fine because everyone is bad at something. Some people are bad, at math, science, sports and even driving. There are people like you. One of my friends actually has trouble with math. Don't feel alone or like an outsider because of this.

| But I feel like one. Right now I was crawling my grade. Our Math teacher gave plus and minus on every activity. I ca't afford to get a minus. /sigh sigh.
Anyway, I'm pass on the depression. But yeah, this is, like... I know I won't be able to rank again. Better luck next time, me. /pat pat.
Thanks, Purps :D | |
