For once, in a long, long, long time, Adam actually genuinely surprised her. "Eccccccch!!!!" she screeched. She fell over and reached for one of her daggers almost subconsciously.

I grabbed both of her arms, pulling her up by them, and holding them in place. "Uh-uh-uh, I think I win this one," I said, smiling.

Macy blew a stray piece of hair out of her face in frustration. "Fine." she grumbled and stood up.

"Yeah, well-Oh yeah! I have something for you!" I dug into my pocket, and pulled out a small, brown wrapped bar. "I know you like Snickers."

Macy smiled. "Yeah." she said sheepishly. "Okay hand over the candy bar." she said grabbing it. "So," she said in between bites, "How's things with you and Lily lately? I haven't seen her around much.

I shrugged. "I don't really know..." I tapped my chin as she scarfed down the snickers. "Y'know, you're still the shortest person I know in camp."

"Are you kidding? I have a snickers in my hand. Kronos could walk up right now and all I'd probably do was toss my dagger in the air and hope it falls on him." she said while biting off some more.
