First Impressions [private Katniss Everdean]

Night found himself walking through a strange camp like place his dad sent him to, and he had no idea were or what he was doing here. "Man.." Night said scratching his head "were do I start?"

Night continued walking through the camp and found himself beside a lake. It was so clear and Night swore he saw mermaids swimming in the water. "Whoa been in the sun to long I guess..." Night said as he sat down at the edge of the dock. He sat and looked out over the water and sighed "what do I do now?" he asked to no one.

Night looked back when he hear a voice from behind him. When he turned he saw a beautiful girl walking towards him. She smiled at Night and he smiled back and a asked "ya could you help me with a little problem?" he smiled "I have no idea why i'm here!" Night laughed. At least someone was being nice to him.

"WHAT?!" Night said as he kinda sprang backwards. He almost fell in the lake and he cused for looking like a fool in front of the girl. "Sorry... you just suprised me a little.." Night said sheepishly. Crap he probably looked like a fool. Child of a god? Night's head was hurting from taking this all in.

Night was Embarrassed that he was such and idiot, almost falling into the lake. When the girl grabbed his arm to steady him he smiled and said "thanks." When he heard the girls question he answered "I have a father and my mother left us when I was born..." Night said sadly. Then Night brightend up "hey by the way whats your name?" Night asked happly, for some reason this girl made him smile.

"Aphrodite? You mean like the goddess of like beauty?" Night asked, surprised he actually new that. "Well that explains some things!" Night said smiling, hoping she caught the compliment. Then Night heard that his mom was a.... goddess?! "Ok.. so apparently my mom is a goddess?" Night asked while he tried to process all that was happening. Could this day get any stranger?!

"Ok then!" Night said as he got up and gazed around "so where do we start?" he asked as he began to walk to the end of the dock. There were a lot of interesting things around this camp to check out.

As Starr grabbed Night's arm and started to lead him away from the lake, he heard her explain some things and what they were in the camp. Then Night realized he hadn't introduced himself yet. "Oh by the way I'm Night!" Night smiled as Starr configured to lead him around.

"Wow!" Night replied as he looked around some more. This place was huge! But everything seemed unreal like a dream. Well I guess ill roll with it, Night thought.

"Cool, I'll definatly go swimming here sometime!" Night said as he looked around the beach, watching others hang out. Suddently a glowing owl appeared above Night! "Ah, what the heck?!" Night exclaimed in surprise! "What is this?!

"So this is NORMAL?" Night asked as the owl disapeared and left Night staring intom the sky. "Wait athena?! Cool!" Night exclaimed as he prossesed what was happening. He was the son of a godess! "So now what?" Night asked smiling at Starr.
