I proppose that running for Cabin leaders sould occur every Soltice (June and December 22-23) In order to refresh are choises and make sure that cabin leaders remine active.

I think that you should only replace the ones that aren't active, that way people don't get mad that their Cabin leader positions were resigned.

i agree, replace only inactives, but with people who have been here a bit, and are active. no point appointing the camps newest member to Leader, for example
