I suddenly feel a force pull me underwater. My arms flail as only some words make it ashore. "Help....drowning....please!"

"I can't swim!" I shouted. Quickly my ADHD took over, I ripped off my army green jacket and took off my shoes and dove beneath the waves letting my instincts take over, I pulled him quickly from out of the water and onto the shore.
