A queer metal box that seems to have been quickly put together by scrap pieces was stuck on the side of the door frame. There is a small slot on the top to drop nominations in. An automatic pencil dispenser is attached to the side, and pieces of paper have been slotted in a plastic compartment right below the box. The side of the box slants out towards you, making it the perfect surface to write on.
Etched in the metal read: Nominate your new cabin leader here by filling in this form!
Code:

SAMPLE: Jasper was about to leave the cabin when he saw the box. After reading the instructions, he grabbed a piece of paper and pencil, scribbling:

Folding the paper into half, he dropped it into the slot and left.

Zoella went to the Hephaestus cabin looking around seeing if anyone was watching. She ran in the cabin seeing no one was in here.. yet. She walked to the table and wrote:
I, Zoella Granger nominate Samuel Trenton Mercer as cabin leader. Samuel is played by Ml (u1491)
She put the paper in and hearted someone "Who are you!" She looked at the boy and smiled and ran out of the cabin. She still had the pen and walked in and threw it at the table.
