The Canon Revision

Hey guys!

The application flow for canons has slowed down a lot recently, so we thought we would spice up the application a little bit to make it a little more fun to fill out. It still has all the old sections, but we've added a neat in character interview section so you can show off your creativity and write out how your canon would respond in certain situations or to certain questions.

If you have any questions or concerns, please post below. If you have any ideas for interesting questions for the interview, also post them below. No guarantees about whether we'll add them in or not, but it's worth a shot!

There is no length requirement for any of the questions, just try your best to display your understanding of the canon. Make us laugh, make us cry - make your application stand out.

And without further ado, the new and approved canon application:

Describe yourself in five words or less.
Try to choose the words that best sum up what the character's all about. The most significant parts of their personality

What is something most people don't know about you?
You can try to give the character a little more depth or just say something silly, it's up to you.

How do you feel about Camp Half-Blood?

Where would you go on a first date?

What is your favourite season? Why?

If you were stuck on an island with three objects that could not be used to transport you back to main land, what would they be?

If you could meet anyone in the world for lunch (living or deceased), who would it be and what would you talk about?

You just won the lottery! What is the first thing that you do?

Quick! You are looking for a box of tampons at the drug store when you hear a CRASH and a shrill SCREECH and someone screaming. You run over to investigate and find that a dracana is terrorizing the hair supply aisle. What do you do?

The form above is what you use if you want a canon. You PM it to any one of the Admins (Bean or Vina ), and this is called "Auditioning For The Canon". The Admins look over the canons they receive, and deliberate on which person would be best suited for the role. Once they decide someone deserves a canon, they will announce in The Newest Canons.

Feel free to apply for more than one canon character! We have plenty of spots to fill after all!

Canons no longer count as one of your seven character spots, or as a Big Three spot, so don't worry about getting rid of beloved characters!
