On a wooden table near the door of the cabin, sits a green box with golden trim. Winged shoes are painted on the sides of the box. Ballots are stacked next to the box, as well as a few pens. A poster on the wall indicates this is the voting portion of the cabin leader elections. 2 candidate interviews are attached to the poster.Kenzie - Spoiler:

Age:
"I'm fourteen but, I'm turning fifteen on August seventeenth. So, roughly over two weeks."
Years in Camp:
"I've been here for four months but, gods does it feel like years. The training is brutal, man, brutal."
What you have to offer as cabin leader:
"I think I'd make a pretty cool cabin leader because, I know what the people want! Being a previous newbie, I now how they feel and how extremely scary it is for the first couple weeks. That's something I can offer. I know how the newbs feel and can make them feel more welcome. Plus, I'm mature for a my age. I'm organized so I would keep the cabin tidy. And, with it being the Hermes cabin, that's a pretty hard job. Now, this might be completely off topic but, I'm pretty funny. I could cheer the whole cabin up. Also, I'm dependable. I can be trusted with responsiblity. And lastly, damn this test is hard!"Why you think people should vote for you/why you deserve the position:
"In my opinion, I think people should vote for because I'm fun to hang out with. I'm not up-tight or controlling, depending on the situation. Plus, who doesn't want a Cabin Leader who can get you junk food? Am I right? By the way, do you want a coke? Anyways, back on topic. I don't even know if I deserve the position. Whoever deserves it gets it right? I'm not going to plead my case and beg people to vote for me. I'm just going to go steady. If people want me, they want me, right?"

What you have to offer as cabin leader: "As cabin leader, I'd have a few things to offer but not a lot as some I suppose. I'm fun, so I'd make sure to plan a lot of fun things for my cabinmates to do, I'm think organized pranks, water balloon fights, you know all the good stuff. I also don't like things being dirty, so I'd defiently make sure that our cabin is clean. I'd also make sure that everyone gets along, I'm good at settling things. Yeah that's about all."
Why you think people should vote for you/why you deserve the position: "I think people should vote for me to the be the next cabin leader, because I'm older than a lot of people, and I've been in camp a while. Plus, I do think I could handle the responsability of being a cabin leader. I think I deserve to be cabin leader because well I don't know why I deserve this."
