Muses Cabin Ballot Box

Before making your nominations, read THIS TOPIC

In the entrance to the Muses cabin sits a table. In the center of that table is a box with a music note carved on the front. It is the nomination box for the new Muses Cabin Leader. Surrounding the box are pieces of crudely cut paper and a pile of, slightly sharpened, pencils. It is time to put in your nomination for the Muses cabin leader. Who will you pick? Will you nominate yourself? Or will you choose one of your fellow cabin mates as your new leader? The time for you to choose is now!

Zinah walked up to the Ballot Box nervously. She really wanted to do something for her cabin, and she thought being Cabin Leader was her best shot. She took a ballot and a pen and wrote down her name, in her somewhat neat handwriting. She put it into the box and walked quickly out of the cabin, hoping nobody saw her. Not that it mattered. She just wanted to go dance in the Amphitheater.

Zaria bit her lip as she walked into the cabin. She held tightly to her glittery tee shirt, as if it were a pole that kept her from running away. Slowly, she clutched the pen in her hand so hard that when she finally set down the pen, her hand was red. Zaria looked around, in a slightly guilty way, as if she were a naughty child about to steal a cookie. Zaria looked down at the pen in her hand, her neat handwriting on the scrap of paper. What was she thinking? She couldn't be the cabin leader. She balled up the paper and walked quickly through the door. The big box was too tempting. This wasn't like her. Zaria took a deep breath, plastered a smile on her face, and flounced up to the box. Unfolding the paper, Zaria placed it in the box.
