| Rikku Meiana Son of Aphrodite
Compassionate ╔══════════════╗
✰ You wouldn't expect a child of Aphrodite to be any good with a blade, but like many other people at camp half-blood, there were always hidden surprises. For example was Rikku Meiana, a Son of Aphrodite. He was currently in the Arena, in his hands were two celestial bronze daggers, one in each hand, held in reverse.
He stood in front of a training dummy and took a deep breath before bursting into a whirlwind of movements, he was quick on his feet and his strikes were very very well place, within four strikes he would have 'killed' his opponent four times, one cut to the throat, one to the heart, and two to the major organs in the stomach.
Rikku continued his movements and practiced, beads of sweat falling down the side of his face, some might actually think he was a girl at first glance, and even after...but he was a boy, just a well-groomed one. As he continued to attack the dummy his speed only got quicker and his movements smoother, it was obvious he was comfortable with his blades in hand. ✰

| Zephyr Langeschmidt Zephyr walked into the arena, following the familiar tug of his dog, Laika, to the bleachers on the sides of the room. The clang of metal against metal filled the vicinity; apparently, somebody was here.
No matter.
Stepping lightly, the blonde brushed lowest bench with his hand, the ridged steel cool - and vacant - beneath his fingertips, and sat down. A warmth at his feet and the slackness of the leash told him that Laika was resting as well.
Icy blue eyes closed as Zephyr leaned back on his hands and just listened to the other occupant move. He heard his (her?) steps - left, right, jump, lunge - along with the ripping sound that comes with cutting up one of the mannequins multiple times. As his (her?) moves went on, Zephyr couldn't have failed to notice that he (she?) seemed to be getting more languid. The moves were cleaner, and he (she?) was getting faster.
Zephyr sighed. Personally, he found the clamour relaxing to listen to. Most would say otherwise.((Hope you don't mind that I'm playing with this character, him being blind and all. I can switch to someone else, if you like. ^^)) | |
