So apparently this is our spot now (closed)

"I myself prefer Spring," Michael replied. "It's warm, but not too hot, and it brings the birth of new life." He looked over to the few tress on the shore, noting their lack of leaves, making them appear dead. Lifeless. his attention turned to the sky, looking at all the dark clouds that half-covered the sun, it's warmth constricted, not quite reaching the earth.

Winter is a cold and lifeless time of year, Michael thought to himself. Demeter weeps as the Lord of the Underworld claims her daughter, his wife. Michael quickly snapped back to reality as he noticed that his mind had been wandering. He leaned in close to Osaki, small ripples forming on the surface of the cold water as he gently kissed her on the lips. "Do you have any questions for me?" he asked, a tone of interest in his voice as he gazed down into Osaki's eyes.

Michael grinned and let go of one of Osaki's hands, pulling it out of the water and running his fingers slowly through her hair as he answered. "Well," he said, "I must say the shyness got me at first. Its quiet irresistible," he said, smiling. "Second, I think all the talk about weapons really got me tied around your finger." His smile turned into a grin as he said this, looking down into her eyes as he moved his hand down to her waist. "And last but certainly not least, your opposing thoughts. Most people think that a good relationship comes from similar beliefs and interests, but I think balance is key. Of course," Michael said, "this is all just off the top of my head."

Michael pulled Osaki close, pressing their bodies together as he kissed her again. "Sure thing," he said with a smile as he swam toward the shore, his hand still holding hers. When they got to the shore, he let go over her hand and quickly ran over to their towels, scooping them both up before running back over to Osaki. He tossed his own towel over his shoulder, then walked up behind Osaki, wrapping her towel around her as he hugged her, both to warm her up and simply just to hug her. "Better?" he asked before quickly kissing her on the cheek as he wrapped himself in his own towel.

Michael smiled warmly at Osaki as he wrapped his arms around her. "Anything you want. Though I do still want to try a sword fight with you." Michael grinned at her and held her hands, pulling her close and kissing her gently on the lips. "But it's up to you."

"It's alright," Michael replied. "I'm sure we can just grab some wooden swords at the arena to practice with. I promise I won't hurt you," he said, grinning as he looked down into her eyes. "And after seeing you in action, I'm sure you can put up quite a fight."

Michael grinned up at Osaki, then grabbed her hand and twisted it to the side to stop her from moving it. He got to his feet and placed his other hand on her shoulder, pushing her onto the ground, then let go of her, laying down next to her. "Perhaps this is a lesson you should have taught me in the arena, because now I will be alert." He smiled at her, then wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close as he kissed her on the lips.

Michael closed his eyes and relaxed as Osaki kissed him. Despite almost dying, Michael figured this was the best day of his life. After the kiss, Michael rolled over, putting himself on top of Osaki, pinning her arms down. "So," he said, grinning down at her, "shall we go to the arena?" He leaned down and kissed her on the cheek before letting go over he arms and climbing off of her, sitting down on the ground.

"Would you prefer to fight with a dagger?" Michael asked, scooting over next to Osaki. "It's a bit faster, but it's hard to get that close. I could just take a wooden sword and carry it down into a rapier to get you used to the weight and shape of one." Michael reached an arm around Osaki, his hand resting on her shoulder opposite of him.

"Sure thing," Michael said, standing up. "But I don't live in a cabin, I live in the basement of the big house, and you said you didn't want any of the other Aphrodite kids to know about me." He grinned down at Osaki and grabbed her hand, pulling her to her feet. "So which will it be?"

"Why of course," Michael replied. "The knight always keeps the princess safe," he added with a grin as he rested his hand on the hilt of his sword. "Now," he said looping his arms through Osaki's, "shall we go to the arena?" Michael leaned into Osaki, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek.
