The state of depression starts when you think little of yourself because many people tell you its not true and you feel guilty to agree, if you feel good about yourself you'll see that you do matter, maybe not in the way you thought or wanted but you still matter. I once had a funk/depression and what I did was get an update, I got new clothes, haircut and changed everything up to look a big different and feel more comfortable, I just swapped personalities, I became a rebel, my hair was red and black, I did funny things, smoked (never got addicted though) and I'm not saying its healthy but changing everything up mostly gets people a bit on their toes and you might get a bit more excited as to thinking what to scare people with next, give it a go sweetie :]
