Essie sighed as she started walking around the lake. She didn't know why she was there really, she was just... wandering around. She close her eyes, letting the brisk wind make her become cold.
She didn't mind the cold, nor did she mind heat, she really didn't favor either over the other. She sighed, it was weird to hear that coming from a daughter of Apollo, but it was true. She bit her lip while she thought, nothing was really going on at camp, and it wasn't like she was helping herself become more social by standing in the background anytime she talked to someone.
She needed to work on that, but alas, it was hard for someone who as so used to never being talked to and just standing in the background of a place to make herself become more social, it means you went against everything you made yourself believe. She rubbed the back of her neck, pulling her jacket closer to her, she sighed, watching her breath show in the cold, brisk air.
