I can't really ice skate...can you?{MOoON}

I put on some white iceskates that squished my feet a little. Standing on a little blade isn't very comfortable, and I don't recomend it. Well, unless your used to it. I had a scarff around my neck, a blue hat on my head, and a light jacket. I limped my way over to the door of the ice rink, and stepped in the ice. Trying to skate on ice was like rollar blading-something that I wasn't all to good at. Alissa was suppost to meet me here. But, I wanted to get her something for Christmas. What to get her? Not something girly, but not to boy-ish either. A sheath for her twin swords? I think she had something like that. Earrings? I wasn't sure if her ears were pearced. It wasn't something that came to mind.

I spotted Alissa tying on her own ice skates. "Hey, Alissa! Over here!" I limped over to the wall, waving my hand.

Alissa had gotten on her skates a few minutes before and was making sure she wouldn't make a fool of herself. Her skates were white with the letters "AMF" written on the back in sharpie. Alissa hadn't wanted them to be stolen or anything, so she made sure to mark them. When she heard her name, she was in thought. Alissa was thinking about what to get Jake for Christmas. She didn't know what to get him. Hearing her name she looked his direction and smiled broadly."Jake!" Alissa said with another grin. She quickly skated over, almost losing her balance. "How have you been?" Alissa asked him. She set the headband over her ears to make sure she wouldn't freeze. Her hair was in a ponytail and she wore a gray sweat shirt, as well as skinny jeans.

I smiled, as Alissa came over to me. Great, she was wearing a ponytail, but she had something over her ears so I couldn't tell if her ears were peirced. Just my luck. "Well, for the past few day's I've had a slight cold. But, it's nothin big. I've never liked cold weather, and normally at the beginning of December, end of November, I get a little sick. Anyway, how are you doing?" I had to think of some way to ask Alissa what she wanted for Christmas without blurting it out. Jessie would be good at something like that...

Alissa nodded slowly. Everyone had their sick months, for her that was early spring. "I've been good. Nothing to interesting..." she replied simply. Maybe this would be a good time to ask him about Christmas."Say Jake... what you ah..." Alissa said, stuttering. "Want for Christmas?" she asked looking at his eyes again.

What did I want for Christmas? I really hadn't thought about it...I was to busy thinking about what Alissa, Jessie, and my mom wanted for Christmas. "Um, I'm not really sure...I havn't really thought about it." I didn't bother asking what she wanted for Christmas, because I wanted it to come from the heart. And a suprise. What kind of suprise would it be if I asked her?

Alissa nodded again. She figured most people were to busy thinking about others to think about themselves. "Oh... alright then." she said softly. Alissa looked out at the ice, and watched other demigods skate around."Let's go!" Alissa said with a grin.

I nodded to her. "I have to tell you, though. I'm not very good." I wabbled over to the wall, and took ahold of the rail. "How 'bout one lap around holding the wall, and then we try to skate without it? That's what we used to do, when we were rollar blading." I ask Alissa.

Alissa smiled and nodded."Sure." she replied simply. Alissa tried to skate close to the wall and not go out into the open, but it was hard. She didn't like the wall, it was hard and quite frankly hurt when you accidentally tripped into it. Alissa kept looking at Jake, and reminding herself that she was to stay by him.

I kept hearing a 'kink' like something kept hitting the wall. Was it my skates? Because, I really wasn't all to good. As we moved over a very icy patch, I slipped and fell, with an 'oof!'. Oh, gods, today was just not my day. First of all, I didn't know what to get Alissa for Christmas, and secondly, I fell on my butt.

Alissa smiled and skated over to Jake. She tried to help him up, but slipped and fell herself. Alissa felt the cold ice touch her skin. A grin slipped onto her face and she let out a laugh.

I laughed along side Alissa. "Were...were not really good at ice skating, are we?" I give a little cough in my sleeve, and continue to laugh. "How 'bout we take a break? Maby warm up with some hot chocolate?" I asked.

Alissa smiled and nodded. She shakily got up to her feet, or skates. Alissa gripped the rail by the wall and saw the door not far from their spot. She quickly gilded over to it and untied her skates. Hot chocolate sounded better than this.
