Hey, my name is Evadne. At least, that's what I use on sites. ^^

I'm from the great Down Under, and I love the Percy Jackson series. :) I got into it after a friend of mine (who is absolutely obsessed) lent me the third book. I had read the first and second books previously, and although they were good, they failed to capture my attention thoroughly. After that, I got into Harry Potter (which still remains my favourite series, although PJ comes a close second :D), but now that it's finished...well, I needed something else to entertain me. Cue, Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

I've always been fascinated with Greek Mythology (or mythology in general; you should see the amount of thick, dust, 'no-one-has-read-this-in-about-a-1000-years' mythology books I've read), and Percy Jackson is the perfect mix of fiction, fantasy, mythology and adolescent angst. Yeah! My kind of book!

I love to roleplay, as well as write (especially fanfiction! :D).
