Skye paced the arena, awaiting her campers. She scrunched her eyebrows together in deep thought, making her appear older than she really was. Her posture was perfect as she paced. Her dagger pinned by a strap to her leg, and chest armor. She despised full body armor, so only stuck with her breastplate. It was pretty banged up and didn't function quite right after the battle.

The wind blew an appropriate amount, not making it completely cold. Skye was an impatient child. She used to be patient, but over the past couple of months, the patience depleted. Not admitting it to anyone, not even her fiancee, she was terrified. Camp had to train, and she knew the other side of this battle would be training too.

If this army came to New York, they would attack Olympus. Olympus falling was not an option, and neither was letting camp fall along with it.

Where are those dang kids? she thought.

Kylee had go the notice for training, she loved training alone but groups were different. Sighing to herself she walked into the arena and spotted Skye, the Poseidon Cabin Leader. Managing a smile, Kylee waved at Skye. Skye seemed, sad, almost...scared?. No, Skye couldn't be scared. She was Skye, right? Kylee went over and got on her silver chest plate. She then ran over to Skye with her sword in hand." Hey Skye." Kylee greeted.

There was apsolutely no way I was going to enjoy this. Not one bit, and it had nothing to do with nervousness of an upcoming battle. I hated training with my siblings. Not that I didn't like them, I did actually a lot. Most of them were much better fighters then me and then there was always that one big difference. You know, the one where there is no way I have the cabability to do anything with water. I didn't even like swimming that much! So, we could just say I am always the odd one out.
When Skye called for the training session, I had to restrain a groan. I respected her decision especially in these hard times and I probably would have done the same, but that didn't mean I was going to like it.
I walked into the Arena to see I was the second one there besides Skye herself. I had my armor on, a shield slung across my back and my sword in bracelet form. I didn't where a helmet though and I somewhat knew I was going to be called for that. I hated helmets more then I hated training. This was going to be a very long session. "Hey," I said with a small wave to Skye and Kylee..

Skye waved to Kylee, and smiled to both of the campers. Good, people were showing up! she thought. "Thanks for coming, guys," she said. She decided smiling might lighten the mood a little, because of how grim she was a few moments ago. The battle wasn't going to be good, as she had already come to that conclusion when the other Cabin Leaders were arranging battle training sessions.

"Once more people show up, I'll explain a little more on what's going on," she said.

{I was planning on posting every three posts, but because I'm so impatient, I'll just post whenever I want. :3}

I came out of the shadow's and went over to were all of my siblings were at. Somthing was going on. Kronos and his forces were probobly going to attack Camp Half-Blood...again. I should have expected it, they were going to come and get me. "So, Skye, is it, right?" I said to her, as it was obvious that Skye was the Posiden cabin leader. "What the heck is going on here?" I asked, because it wasn't right to leave your cabin, or even your siblings in the dark.

"A battle is coming," she said, being blunt. "We are going to be ready, and we're going to train harder than we ever have." Her green eyes swept the arena, as she kept on pacing. At the speed of light, she turned and threw her dagger at the nearest target. It hit the bulls-eye, and vibrated with the force. "You guys need more speed, and we'll need to work on one on one combat," she said.

As she said that, a small flashback of the battle overcame her. The yelling, the blood, losing Jared... It only lasted five seconds, but it was enough to give her the chills. She had hoped nobody noticed that, but she was sure that they might have noticed something.

Kylee frowned, another battle? She still had healing wounds from the last one! Kylee watched as Skye's dagger maimed the dummy with an almost electric force. Great, more work to do. She listened to Skye's words then watched her sister's face change. Kylee's eyebrows knit together with concern for her older sister. Skye was scared, she was, Kylee was sure of it.
One on One combat eh? "Skye are we going to fight... each other?" she asked, her blue eyes flashing with curiousity. Kylee sighed, she hated fighting her siblings. If one of them got hurt, she would feel bad. If it was someone else Kylee could get over it.

"Yes, we'll be fighting each other," she answered. She pointed her index finger to a bucket near a chair. It was filled with water from the Sound, and the bucket was quite large. "If anyone get's injured, they'll get healed. Nobody is gonna die on my watch," she said. That had been her mindset after she almost lost her love. Shaking her head, she unsheathed her sword, and looked around the room. "Who's first?" she asked.

Penny

I shrugged. "I'll go," I said to Skye raising my hand with a light wave. She looked entirely serious. Something like this almost never happens here. The entire situation was serious. I didn't want anyone dying as much as she did. I was ready to help train with everyone not only my cabin, even if I really, really didn't want to.

I went into the back of the arena. I really didn't want to fight, but I didn't want to be taken by...them either. So, the next best thing was to hide, and I was pretty good at that. The only reason that I was at camp is because it's the only place that Kronos and his army couldn't get me, and now it sounded as if that this place wasn't safe any more. As I heard one of my sisters say 'again' I began to listn into their conversation. "So, this isn't the first time that Kronos has broken the berrier? Someone should see to it that it's fixed so they don't break in again." I said as Sky asked who wanted to fight first, and of course, I didn't say anything after that.

"Okay, come at me with everything you've got," she said. She stood with her legs slightly bent, and her feet slightly spread apart. A "borrowed" sword was in her hand, and she looked quite dangerous. Skye looked up when Melli spoke. "No, this isn't the first time," she said.

Penny

My least favorite thing to do was take the first attack, the odds were barely ever in my favor anyway. I raise my sword. I was a only a few feet from Skye. I stood in a good attacking stance. I exhaled and attacked Skye with a sidewards down swing.

Skye kept a straight face. Her Poker Face would hide any emotions, or give away her next move. She watched as Penny attacked her, and she blocked her strike. Skye twisted her sword with Penny's, and held it in front of them. The swords were against each other, in between them, and her mouth was threatening to smile. "You can't let the enemy gain control like that. I could very easily make you drop your sword, and that wouldn't be very fun, now would it? I've had it happen to me way too many times. You want to keep away from the enemy, and not let them be so close. Make sure you keep your sword a decent distance away from you also," Skye said.

It was true, Skye had lost too many sword fights. She learned, and analyzed everything she did. Skye looked at Penny. "Let's try that again," she said. Skye took a step back, and gripped the sword in her hand.

Penny

I stiffened a groan and restrained myself fron cursing. I knew that. Maybe I was just nervous? Yeah that's not it. I took a step back from Skye prepareing to start over. I thought for a second, appyling what she judt said to my next move in my mind. I focused as if we were the only ones in the Arena. I held my sword level with a good grip and then attacked twisting my sword up slightly still holding a defensive stance. I made the attack quick and towards the shoulder and easy enough to turn into a defensive move.

I walk in. "Sorry I'm la-..." I say realizing they were fighting. I wait in the background. I hope I don't have to fight Skye. I'm only a new comer. I take my sword from my belt and make sure it's OK. If I was going to fight. My sword might as well be awesome.

If Skye wasn't as fast as she was, she would have been hit. She ducked, just as the blade grazed her arm. No damage done. "Good. That's way better." She turned as her sister Molly entered. "Oh, Molly, thank yo for finally joining us! Why don't you come duel me?" Skye said with a perfect smile. "Penny, can you work on that technique with someone? You've got it down so far." Skye went back to her spot, patiently waiting for her sister.

I went a little pale. "Sorry I'm late I had the wrong time. Oh um sure I'll duel you." To tell the truth I haven't dueled anyone sense I woke up under the water that day without my memory. For all I knew I've never used a sword before in my life. Or maybe I'm really good. I have nooooo idea. I go to my spot and draw my sword.
