Anna Jones

Now what do I do? Anna asked herself. After returning from leading a quest to save her older cousin, Violet Holly Jones, Anna finally had some time to relax -- up until a certain point. She was still cabin leader of the Hecate cabin, and that was supposed to be her top priority. Her siblings were her biggest concern, and keeping the Hecate cabin the best it could be was a difficult task, especially when new recruits arrived. Though, here she was, sitting on top of a branch of one of the tallest trees in the camp's forest; resting her brown-haired head on the palm of her hand, her knees propped up against her chest, and her arms on her knee caps.

The teenager didn't know what else to do. She had finished her paperwork early, and decided to take a trip to the forest to clear her mind. It was only natural for a teenager to take a break after a long day's, or month's, in her case, work. Procrastination was another option, but Anna was always more work-oriented than most, so she always avoided that choice.

Anna gazed out at the setting sun, watching as the sky changed from it's usual bright, clear blue to a dark orange. The scenery relaxed her, and the smell of nature kept her sane, despite the fact she knew there was more work to be done in the morning; including her daily training activities. She reclined against the tree trunk, now sitting with one leg on the other, and her hands holding on to the branch.

Violet doesn't seem to like it here, Anna thought. Well, what was she supposed to expect? Did she really think that her cousin was going to like it here? Was the quest just a waste of time? Violet sure made it seem like it, but Anna still had hope. She would show Violet just how important Camp Half-Blood could be, how important their siblings were.

The teenager's thoughts were interupted as she heard a sound from below. Footsteps, probably. Leaves cracked as the unidentified person approached. Almost involuntarily, beacause of the quest she was just on, Anna pulled out her staff, ready for what was coming.

I had always hated hot weather. It makes you all sweaty and tired. I prefer 70-80 degrees. With a nice breeze that is. Today it was around 75 and there was a soft breeze that gently tickled your face every couple minutes. It had been so nice out, I had decided to go out for a run in the forest. I ran along paths all over. The leaves on the soil crunched under my feet. A soft breeze came. I heard someone, or something, move. I stopped and looked all around. It wasn't to the left, right, behind, or in front. Finally, I looked up and saw a girl with brown hair holding a staff. "Whoa! Let's not injure anyone!" I joked. "I'm Veronica." I said, introducing myself.

Anna lowered her staff at the sight of an ally camper. "I'm sorry! It's just a force of habit!" Anna jumped down from the tree, landing on her two feet. She studied the girl. Veronica appeared to around her age, maybe a daughter of a war god. The daughter of Hecate wasn't sure, though.

"I'm Anna Jones," she introduced herself, "daughter of Hecate." Anna didn't like showing off her cabin leader status. Though, she didn't mind if other's recognized her as one. She didn't need to make friends with a flasy status. She was fine just the way she was. As Anna Jones.

It seemed like a good day to take a walk. The sun was shining, there was a cool breeze flowing throughout the camp and most of all, there was so much light. I loved it, just being in light made me happier and stronger. I has just photo-traveled into one of my favorite places to just sit and relax when I found myself in between two girls. "Hi." I said, giving a little wave. I stepped out from in between them and took a good look at them. They were both around my age, one of them had a powerful aura, with a hint of trickery, so I assumed she was a daughter of Hecate. The other had a powerful aura as well, but more warlike power then magical ability power. "I'm Caeli." I said, quickly introducing myself.

"I'm slightly hyper... and I'm awesome. Are we done here?"
Kimmy sighed to herself as she walked through the forest. Her path was lit by the sunlight streaming through the leaves. She heard voices through the breeze of the forest. Kimmy hear one of the voices and remembered hearing it. It was Anna's, the cabin leader of her cabin. Kimmy stepped towards the voices, making sure she stayed silent. Wait silent? Kimmy was never silent! She quickened her pace and saw three people.
"Hello." she said with a kind smile. Kimmy was correct, Anna was one of the people in the group. "I'm Kimmy." she added.

Anna slightly jumped once the girl, Caeli, appeared in front of her. Regaining control, she greeted her. "Hello. I'm Anna Jones."

Hearing the voice of one of her half-sisters, Anna turned around to see Kimmy. "Hello, Kimmy. Have you finished your training activities?" She didn't want to be a nag to her siblings, but Anna wanted to make sure that the Hecate children had all the training they needed to survive. She cared about them, dearly.

Kimmy nodded, she had done her training well enough. She still was hesitant with most of it, but knew enough. "Yeah, I just need more work." Kimmy admitted with a shrug. She glanced at the other two people there. "So who are you guys?" Kimmy asked turning to the other demigods. They looked slightly her age.

"Well, if you ever need any help, I'd be more than happy to assist." Anna gave her half-sister a warm, comforting smile. Then, she turned back to the other girls. She waited for them to reply to Kimmy's question.

Kimmy nodded, considering that thought. She sighed and looked up. Birds circled above through the trees. Kimmy looked back down at her flip-flops, she usually made conversation quickly.

"I'm Caeli Spiritus, Son of Aether." I said, reaching my hand out to greet her. Just before she shook it I dissapeared in a flash of light, reappeared behind her and tapped her on the shoulder. "Over here." I said, giving her a maniac smile.

Anna played along and smiled at him teasingly. Boy, meeting new people was never her specialty. Luckily she had matured over the past few years and become more extroverted. "It's nice to meet you, Caeli."

Kimmy smiled and shook the boy's hand. "Like I said, I'm Kimmy, daughter of Hecate." she said. Calling herself a daughter of Hecate still took some getting used to. In fact, it still felt weird. Kimmy set some of her hair behind her ear so she could see her fellow demigods better.

Anna had grown bored herself. In all honesty, she did enjoy the time she had to relax and get away from her duties, but her ADHD kept her running around and wanting to do more. She couldn't stand just sitting down on a tree branch even for a few minutes. "Hmm. Arena? Sports? What would you like to do?" she asked, making it very clear she was willing to give up her time for others.

Shadow traveling. Anna loved shadow traveling, but hadn't fully mastered it yet. She could still pull through, but she would become extremely exhausted afterwards. With her humble personality, Anna accepted Caeli's offer, and took hold of his hand. "Alright, I'm ready!" Anna looked at the group with her soft, brown eyes, and then looked at Caeli, signaling that she was ready.

Kimmy smiled and took Caeli's other hand. She never exactly shadow traveled, but it sounded fun. As long as she didn't like.... die. Dying is bad. Kimmy managed another smile."I'm ready too."she said excitement, which made her dark eyes shine.
