Enita Marie's Magic:
Dice # powers:
2: Giant snake is spawned from the dice and attacks anyone nearby(including me).
3: Gas cloud eminates from die.
4: I am stuck by bad luck.
5: Bee swarm appears and starts attacking anyone in sight (they have no stingers but are great for inspiring fear).
6: Opponent shrinks to half size for 60 seconds.
7: Random fortunate occurence for me.
8: Dice grow in size till they are twice the height of a human.
9: Nothing happens.
10: Opponent is struck by bad luck.
11: 6 dice electrocutes enemies and 5 dice freezes them.
12: Loud sound eminates from the dice stunning opponent.

I just wanted to point out that Fortuna is the roman counterpart of Tyche. From what I understand, roman children will not be introduced yet. Also, Tyche is the goddess of luck. Magic has nothing to do with it; that's Hecate's forte.

I was unaware that the greeks had a god/goddess of luck, that is why I chose Fortuna. And as for the magic, well I wanted it to have to do with dice and cards and just luck wouldn't do that so...

For Nacht: Please put in a last name, a physical appearance, and a brief history. In addition to that, please elaborate more on the entire base of your character. This means that the personality, physical appearance, and brief history all have to be at least four adequate sentences long. As for his talents, a child of Nyx generally doesn't have any control over light. That's more of an Apollo trait. Nyx is the Goddess of Night, and therefore should have a power to either shadow travel, or have something to do with darkness. But be sure not to make it too Hades-like.

For Enita: Please put in her birthday, and a brief history. Also, please expand more on her Physical Appearance and Personality so that it fits standards (found in the character templates.) In addition to that, I would suggest you revise her entire base (that includes her God parent.) As said previously, Fortuna is a Roman goddess, and we're not accepting any half bloods from Roman deities; hope you understand. (: And as jehowell said, magic does not play in any way, shape, or form, in the Goddess of Luck's talents or powers. Besides the point, as she is a minor goddess, her children should not have such particularly powerful talents and powers. I suggest you keep the random fortunate occurrences that happen to her as well as any others relating to fortune/misfortune, but you can swipe the other talents/powers relating to magic.

I hope I haven't forgotten anything... but I'll check back up on this topic to make sure everything's coming along and when everything has been revised to fit adequate standards, I or Roxanne will accept it. (: Thanks!

He gets his powers of light from his half-blood father who is a son of apollo. Nacht is his nickname, noone really knows his real name. But I will take the rest of your advice. I will also include a brief history.

One more thing Dan. Do you allow any non-greek god/godess parents? Or do they have to be olympian/ accepted minor god/goddess.

As this is in fact CHB, we generally don't allow regular mortals who have the ability to see through the Mist. So I would say they have to be Olympian/Accepted Minor God/Goddesses. (:

Physical appearance: A long, dark trenchcoat covers a very muscular body. He always wears his ten gallon hat. Wears jeans (no chaps) and a cowhide shirt usually. He is tall, broad, and has the classical john wayne look about him.
Personality:A cowboy in every sense of the word and stereotype. the closest you can get without being a minotaur. He is boastful, proud(often to the point of arrogance), chivalric, morally strong and unshakable, but a bit ignorant in some things. A bit of a country bumpkin too. Prefers country life to city life.
History: He was abandoned at birth but raised by a fairly wealthy ranch owner. He learned many skills during his time on the farm and when he was sixteen left to find his own life with the blessings of his adopted father. What he found was a life that he did not care for. The life in the city was abhorrent to him but he could never settle down for long enough to set up a ranch. for a year he travelled and found himself gravitating north to camp as if drawn but some invisible, powerful force.
Pets:
Weapons:2 Antique pistols. Old west fashion. Bullwhip. Good at hand-to-hand but relys on brawling techniques not martial arts.
Talents:For a single motion he can travel at supersonic speed. Allows him a fast draw and a deadly strike and he has even dodged a bullet once (though this account may be false as he seems to not be shy of making up stories about his heroic actions). Deadly accuracy with his pistols (though more from training it is possible that some of it is supernatural).
Other:Texas accent.

That's a nice character! I love his personality, it all fits in with totally believable flaws and quirks. However, I realized that you don't have a brief history and that the appearance describes more of what he wears than what he physically looks like, so maybe add in those two things (a brief history and what he looks like)? Another admin or I will accept it afterward. xD

Physical appearance: Arabic. Black hair and dark eyes. He is relatively short for his age but not standoffishly so. He has a calm but rock solid air in his gait as if he is walking on a flowing river but taking each step like he was walking on the solidest of ground. He wears his breastplate and greaves constantly, ever wary of an attack.
Personality: Stubborn, pious, inflexible, strong, ethical, kind. He is unshakable and unmovable in what he believes in. This also renders him as the most loyal friend one could hope for though a very hard one to make as he expects friends as loyal to him as he is loyal to them.
History:Growing up in the mean streets of Baghdad he has known what it is like to be hated, feared, and mistrusted. His whole life he has been around conflict. When his parents died in a bombing during the war he was heartbroken but not surprised. He had expected it for a long while. what he hadn't expected was the vision he received afterward. A message to telling him of his true lineage and of the camp. After a long, danger-fraught pilgrimage he reached America and then the camp where he is now just starting off.
Pets:
Weapons: Kratos and Bia. His two swords. Classic celestial bronze. heavily worn to the point of near destruction but never quite there.
Talents: Never gets tired.being the son of Zelus, the god of zeal, grants him almost inexhaustibly willpower and from this willpower comes supernatural endurance.

The never is a hyperbole. He still needs to sleep and all that jazz but in a fight he can continue for hours.

Been a long while since I've been here... sorry if I'm a bit rusty.
Decided to start fresh with a new character.

Name: Lilith Pandora Cooper
Age/birthday:17
7/13/93
Gender:Female

God parent:Prometheus
Mortal parent: Mary Cooper
Physical appearance: mall, just above 5' tall, a lean and short build that belies her strength. She is fairly volumptuous. She has long pink hair, free flowing down her back, Striking violet eyes hard as steel yet sparkling like diamonds. She is considered by most to be extremely beautiful.
Personality: Distrusting of anyone or anything. Lives in a constant state of denial, not believing that magic exists. Staunch atheist. Very analytic, being the daughter of Prometheus she has exceptional forethought and planning abilities and is very good at reading people and situations.
History: Lilith has never had an easy life. She has been through hard times and has had nobody to support her through them. She doesn't have friends and in fact was relentlessly teased as a child for her unique appearance. She grew distrustful of anyone in high school after a certain incident that she has banished from her mind. Soon after her mother had a nervous breakdown and was sent to an asylum. Her father showed her to camp half-blood.
Pets: None.
Weapons: Trained in martial arts but otherwise none.
Talents: Exceptional forethought and wisdom.
