Khione Cabin Elections

A small box sat in the foyer of the Khione Cabin. It was carved out of ice and snow. Above it hung a sheet of paper and a pen.

Position Descriptions:

•Secretary:
The Secretary is the most organizational of the positions. What the secretary would do is sort of be the Cabin Leader's "assistant". They hold necessary files, keep them organized, help the cabin leader when need be etc. It is, other than cabin leader, the one with the most responsibility. They attend all Khione cabin meetings are considered second in command, under the cabin leader.

•Treasurer:
The Treasurer handles all monetary issues in the Khione cabin. They keep all of the fundraiser money safe and are one of the two that have access to the cabin's safety deposit box. (the cabin leader being the other) The Treasurer does not attend all meetings, only necessary ones. They are considered a position of authority and need to be very mature to handle the position.

•Event(s) Manager:
The Events Manager is the person that organizes the event planning group to meet once a month. They are head of the party committee, underneath the cabin leader of course, and often have the final say on fundraiser/event matters. While this position does sound fun, there is a lot of organization required to manage events and help to plan them.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be one winner for each category. This is something new and if it does not work out or there is not enough interest in the matter then it will be removed from the Khione cabin. While your character is higher up in Khione's cabin, you do not receive a colored name for this position. It is an independent manner, so there will be no authority for you around the forum, only minor authority for your character in cabin meetings. Anyone with a Khione character may submit ONE application. Please PM the application to me:

PLEASE NOTE: Again, this is a new aspect I'm giving the Khione cabin because I'd like to get it up and running with the rest of them. However, if this does not work out for what ever reason (fighting for position, bickering among anyone, inactiveness or lack of interest from people) then it will be taken down and not instituted again. So if you want to do this, please, be mature. Don't fight if someone else wins, don't advertise for your character to be voted for once voting begins, and just be courteous in general.
