Who cares about littering anyway?

Heavily tossing a package of cola aside, I slump down against the side of a tree.
The forest, it's not the kind of place I spend time in... Monsters are annoying. Not that they're any trouble for me.
I pull the box closer too me, and rip it open, pulling out a can of cola. I take a sip, which turns into a swig, which turns into chugging. I feel bubbles filling my nostrils. Cola is unhealthy, but I need the energy, plus I'm bored. I might as well do something "fun".

The drink is drained of the can. I remove it from my mouth and stare at it dismally... Then toss it aside into the darker parts of the woods. Dryads might be pissed, but who cares. What are a bunch of flowery girls gonna do about anything?

I grab the can and wave it in the guys face. " Don't litter my dad's place!" I sneer. I walk away and throw the can in a trash can.

I sneer as I watch the girl toss the can into the trash, people were so preachy. Why couldn't they just mind their own business... And what did she know? Cans belonged in recycling cans or something.
She was probably some Demeter kid cereal freak anyway, and just a little girl. I pulled out another can of cola and popped the tab open, glaring at the girl as I moved the beverage closer to my face.

I walk over slurping Calf-pow like no tomarrow. I see a guy older than me. He was drinking Cola. I sit down in frount of him. " Hey I'm Abby." I say in between slurps.

A figure moves in front of me, obstructing my view of my glare target. I squint at her trying to figure out who she was. Gothic, dramatic makeup, a lot younger than me... casually slurping some drink.
"Deimos Seo." I introduce myself unenthusiastically. Casting my eyes off to the side, I continue drinking my cola.

"It's actually Dae-Mo... Korean name." I mutter, "But people can't pronounce it properly, so I just get 'em to call me Deimos." I casually look at the coke can, avoiding meeting the younger girl's eyes.
Why was it that only little girls spoke to me? What... was I some kind of... tiny chick magnet or something? Weird.

Julia walks in the forest, Simbia, her ten month old English Mastiff trailing behind her. She spots some other kids so she puts her hood up and put her earphones for her ipod on. Knowing they probably didn't want her in their conversation.

"What the--?" I grumble, sitting up from my spot on a tree branch. A little nap would've been helpful, but no, I had to wake up to the sound of two individuals arguing over a can of cola. Tch. Typical stuff. Yesterday's little nap time involved with me sitting in my usual place, only to be interrupted by a bunch of rude bats. I glared at the two dark-haired demigods below me, desperate for some sleep. They both looked to be familiar, but their names didn't exactly enter my brain at the moment...

"You two!" I narrowed my eyes, hoping they'd look up and know exactly what I wanted them to do.

"Do you mind...?!" By this time I grew irritable. I stood up, flailing my arms and making odd gestures with my hands that didn't make sense even to me.

I stood back and, unfortunately, stepped on a thinner, brittle tree branch. I felt my stomach twisting in a strange knot, before being pulled towards the ground from the Earth's gravity. I was falling. Towards that Ares kid.

"Look out!" I yelped before landing on something that seemed like his back. Oh, this can't be good. I always knew how to make a great entrance, didn't I? (Wait, don't answer that.) I felt a sharp pang of pain rocketing up my left arm. Ugh.

An irritated voice calls out from above. I look up and squint... kid looked familiar... and annoying.
An annoying kid chilling out with trees, why did this all seem so familiar?

I felt a heavy pressure against my back as the tree hugging loser slammed into it, pushing my torso forward against my knees. I might have been a bit winded by the force, but probably not, because those things don't happen to me.
I stayed for a while in that uncomfortable, but not painful, just so you know, position as the weight above me refused to move.

With a strained voice, I called out to the kid on my back, who was probably having the time of his life landing on me, "Yo kid, what in Hades' name do you think you're doing?"

" Hey don't use my dad's name like that. I'll have you know Hades is problby nicer than what you think he is." I growl jumping up.

I twitched, feeling my body go rigid. Why hello there, menopausal child, I thought sarcastically.

"Oh, for the love of Dad," I grumbled in frustration. I squirmed against the position. Real comfortable. So comfortable, I could fall asleep.

I pushed myself off of him, incensed. Way to ruin my day, having come into contact with bullguy over here.

"What am I doing? Trying to get as far away from you as possible," I snarled, throwing my hands up in the air. "Listen, I didn't mean to fall on you! I fell because that stupid twig snapped, as well as losing the sleep that I so desperately need. Big deal!"

I winced, feeling pain in my left arm, but I held it in. Nobody needed to know about an unknown Hades' kid's dislocated arm. Nobody cared, anyway.

I look at the new kid. " You're a Hades kid. Sweet, I've been wanting some siblings." I say the caffine kicking in from the Calf-pow. I notice him wice. " Hey you ok?" I ask.

Irritated I snapped at the girl, "Think I give a damn about what your folks are like? Right now I'm just trying to deal with this..." My eyes thin as I look over the familiar looking tree boy, "punk over here."

The kid gets off my back, talking back at me... as if he has the right. The hell was he doing in some tree anyway? Just asking to fall off if you ask me. I stand up, rubbing the muscles at the back of my neck, "Listen princess, I'm so sure you need your beauty sleep, but you know what? Other people like their peace too."

I stare at Demios. I felt my anger rise and my eyes narrow. I whent to my chemical belt. No, He's not worth it Abby, I thought. I grind my teeth. " Don't insult me or any of my siblings like that again. "

Surprised, I turn to the girl with dark hair dressed in goth clothing. How'd she know I was a son of Hades? Could it be...she was a Hades kid as well? Before I could reply, I hear the voice of the older dude and flinched at his tone. I instantly felt remorse, having just snapped at someone I barely knew.

I look down at my shoes so that my bangs covered my face, still clutching my lifeless arm.

"...sorry..." I muttered, stepping farther and farther away. "I'm sorry, okay? Really, I am."

I heard the girl talk at me through gritted teeth. "Wasn't insulting your folks," I snapped, quickly whipping around to give her a piercing glare, "I would have to actually care about them to do that."
Geez, why did I always have to get caught up in these... irritating situations. Two... Darkness dorks I guess, teaming up on one guy? Real cool, these big three kids. Deep in my thoughts, I hardly heard the tree hugger mutter something inaudible. I turned back to him only to watch him looking at the ground with a forlorn expression.

Damnit, if he was gonna be pathetic like that, how the hell was I supposed to be mad at him? This must be some kind of Hades mind game. Look sad when someone's teaching you a lesson and make that guy look like some kinda jerk.

Really? even with a bystander?" i asked. "i bet you'd even turn me into 'dog food' if i said something the wrong way, or i did something wrong. And you hades Children have such a massive temper, you get that from your dad. Oh in the name of- your father -you all, as in ALL hades children, need anger management classes. If you haven't already turned them into 'dog Food"" i sneer, "and if you want to sleep go find another tree to climb squirrel.
