The Quest to New York {private}

I grinned. "Just watch ladies." I stood up through the sun roof. I stood on the seats, making me go higher. I loaded my bow and shot 7 arrows at one time. The giant wailed. I shot a sonic arrow. As it sruck the monster, it made a super loud noise. The giant stopped chasing us and covered it's ears. I shot more arrows at it. It stopped following us.

"Show off," I muttered.

I slowed the car down to the speed limit. We were coming up to the bridge to The City. I looked in the rearview mirrors and the giant slowly disappeared. I let my muscles relax.

thank gods! He was gone."so, why did you guys want some newbie kid of aphrodite on this quest anyway?"

"I heard that!" I tols Kat. I sat back down in my seat.

I relaxed and closed my eyes. So far so good.
OOC- I have to go. My mom is making me log off. I'll be on later at like 11. Till then kittes!=]

"Nice Seth!" I said. I really had to get some sonic arrows. My bow was terrible. I could shoot one whole arrow at a time. That's why I prefered my sword, een if I was an Apollo kid.

OOC: Sorry, I couldn't get on my laptop, my brother was being stupid. Let's just pretend that I was involved in this...

"Nice job." I said to Seth. "Trouble from the very beginning." I repeated the first part of the prophecy again. "Well, that was fun."

Argh I gotta get shower then I'm eatin pizza for dinner. Well, I'll be back later!=]

"I won't doubt there will be more," Isaid.

"You were meant to hear that," I told Seth. I rolledy eyes. I noticed that Asia and Moon didn't relax.

I sat there relived that we were safe for the time being. then my chocolate lab, beauty, sqirmed around like she was trying to tell me somthing.

"This can't be good," I say. More monsters already.

"What's up?" I asked not daring to take my eyes off the road. My owl and Kat's dog were both not relaxing or settling down. Is that what was up back their?

Their animals would not clam down. I rowned. 'What's wrong?" I ask. I looked out the windows and don't see anything. 'Jst keep your eyes peeled," I told them.

"Okey Dokey!" I said. This quest was either going to be 1. Fun or 2. Filled with monsters and death and..ugh. I hoped for fun.

That's when my white owl jumped off the hood of the car and flew into the woods where it had been looking only moments before. What was he up to? Crap, this is just fantastic!

Asia barked loudly at Bella's owl. "Stop!" I yelled.I shouldn't have brought her. She is just going to be annoying the whole time. Asia barked again and again. "Gods, I am going to through you out of the car!" which earned me a few odd glances. I sounded like a mother. Isighed and rolled my eyes. Asia stopped barking which almost scared me.

"Well," I said. "Looks like this is going to be an easy quest." I rolled my eyes. "I can't see anything out there. Ugh, I wish the animals wouldn't freak out like this. It's making me uneasy." I frowned and shifted uncomfortably in my seat.

I frowned. "Something is going to happen. Even the animals know," I told my friends. I looked for Bella's owl Something is coming.

I start listening really closely to everything. I can't close my eyes, but I focus on listening. Adonis's puppy's very subtle breathing, re roll of the tires on the street, the light tapping of Kat's fingers on the dashboard and then, the light padding of feet on the forest ground. It was far off, but just in my range of hearing. "Somethig else is coming," I mumble. My foot levels on the gas peddle and we exelerate a tiny bit more.

I curse under my breath. What could it be? i tilt my head to the side and hear a soft padding. Soft padding. Dog. Hellhound. I frowned in horro.r "It's a hellhound," I tell my friends.

"Great." I said sarcastically. I took my ring off and it turned into a sword. "Well at we're ready for it."

Out of the corner of my eye I see it. A Hellhound correct, but it was a Hellhound on steroids. It was enormous! I slammed on the breaks and the creature jumped out of the woods in front of us. If I was a second later, we would be crushed, like my sister...I shook that thought from my mind. I cursed and swerved the car so it turned around the other way. Moon was snapping at the hellhound's ear, but the giant dog ignored it mostly only snapping at him occasionally.
