"Oh?" Hale asked, raising an eyebrow. "Well then, we'll see." Hale rolled his shoulders as he walked. His bow was aimed at a squirrel, but he couldn't bring himself to shoot it. Letting it scamper off, a aiming at a bird. As the arrow flew, it hit the bird in the wing and pinned it to the tree. "I won't kill it, but I could."

I rolled my eyes. "You can kill it." I climbed up the balanced on a branch. I slowly pulled the arrow out and held the bird. This caused me soo much pain because I was stopping pain and my mom was Odyne. I fell backwards and fell on the ground. I held the bird to my chest. It's blood soaked my shirt.

Not knowing what to do, I ran in scared circles. "You can't kill it! It deserves to live!" Watching Zoe fall, I started to hyperventilate. I wanted to catch her, but I also wanted to see how she would land. The real me was scared for her life, but since Apollo was part of me now, I also trusted that she was land safely. "Do you need help landing?" I called out. "Oh, wait. Never mind."

Good thing I didn't bleed from my skull. It sure did hurt. I couldn't get up. Guess mom wanted this."Help... me..." I gasped, a little bit of blood fell from my mouth.

Gasping, I leaped forward. "I'm sorry! I didn't see!" I didn't see a lot of things. I tended to over look them. Grabbing the girl's hand, I sighed. "You know I can't heal, right?" Silently, a tear rolled down my cheek. Here it was. The healing thing again.

I grasped his hand. "It hurts so much," I told him. I let the bird go. Some of the pain started to go away. Wow, this hurt a lot.

Hale jumped at her grasp, but loosened up. "I can't help you! I hope you realize that. I don't have the ability to heal. We'll have to take you somewhere to get you help. Does it appear fatal? Where does it hurt?" Hale could make a pretty good doctor, since most doctors didn't have powers.

I reached into my jacket pocket and got a piece of ambrosia. That did it. I ate the little piece and the pain went away. That quick. I let go of his hand. "It's okay. I'm fine now."

Hale sighed, straightening up. "Good. I was worried for a second. You should be more careful." That was when he realized he was still in his swimsuit. "Oh wow. Maybe I should go. I really need to change, and stuff." Looking at himself, the son of Apollo blushed.

I sighed and hit my head with my hand. I sat up. "I don't care," I retorted. Again, I hated little kids. Why was I around him. I laid back down on the ground.

My eyes widened at her reply. "Well, see you around?" I asked, feeling rather upset. Did she really not care that I was leaving? Did I really not get a goodbye? This was great. The girl hated me.

I looked up at him. "No! I didn't mean that. I meant that I don't care that you are in you're bathing suit. I'm so sorry!"

Hale raised an eyebrow. "Well, I really should go, anyway. I hate to say it, but I've been slacking off in the Cabin Leader section of my job around here. I haven't done much in a while. It was nice meeting you, Zoe. I hope we can stay friends!" Hale waved at Zoe and disappeared off into the distance, his head held high, and his towel around his neck.
