| Alright, I want to know how to get a cast on my wrist. And it has to be my right one. But Left is okay, too. My friend popped her wrist, and she couldn't get it back in. She had to go to the doctor, and everybody at school flooded around her I got so jealous. First of all, my dad is really ignorant to me.
I was barefoot, and I tried to stop myself while swinging. My ankle twisted sideways, and slid across the ground. I got off the swing, and limped across the playground to the bench. I couldn't put ANY pressure on my twisted foot.
I told my dad, but he didn't do anything. I was forced to limp along for about 3 months. In pain. And my family didn't do anything.
My SISTER, on the other hand. Was the one who "hurt" her knee and she got a stinking brace and got excused for PE a couple times.
And she still wears it Even though whenever I run My ankle hurts like Tartarus occasionally.
Now you may think I need therapy, but I don't. I just want something temporarily. Like something to go on my wrist. Unless I do something really bad to me, my dad will just ignore me. No matter how much pain I was in. Another example was when I tripped and skinned the inside of my arm. He didn't do anything, but put a bandaid over it. I would be fine if I twisted or sprained my wrist. Just that. Nothing else.

^don't you mean ankle? x] Hmmm... I got an idea, since I got injuries of all kinds in sports, but I don't really know if it works. First off, for the ankle, you could try to do first aid. x] You'd get a pair of wooden planks, probably something long, or maybe something that won't irritate your skin, and try to immobilize your foot. You place both of the panks on the opposite side of the ankle, and tie it together with a piece of cloth. Now, this works best if it really, really hurts and stuff. But if it just hurts whenever there's pressure or you try to excert effort on it, try to wear something like high cut shoes and tie it to the absolutely hard-to-move knot. Oh, and don't forget to really tighten up the laces. And then, don't move too much. That usually works whenever I sprain an ankle...which is a lot. x] As for your dad, well, he's just plain playing favoritism I guess. Who'd ignor your injuries? That could actually lead you to a permanently broken ankle. You should talk to him or something. Or, you could prove you're worthy.

| Hehe, anything is fine. I don't really care. Ankle or Wrist.
That's not to bad of an idea. But where would I get the wooden planks? xD I could try tying my shoes really really tightly then run in the badly supported shoes in mud?
My dad... I talked to him a couple times. He LOVES my sister, but ignores me. IT'S REALLY FUSTRATING.

| Well, that's sad. Want me to visit him? 8D
For the splints, those are what wooden planks are called, they are probably sold in first aid stores? Sorry, but we make our own here. Tee Hee.
Shoes...probably the best idea I got so far. I'll ask my coach if she's got any ways for that ankle. x]
